Far enough away that it’s not filled with people visiting OSF but close enough to be walking distance from down town is this nice park. It’s two levels, a smaller grassy and play area up top right off of a bridge, and a larger area down the hill. It looked like there was a parking area at the base of the hill but I didn’t explore that part of the park. The play structure is modern and clean and even has those spring horses I loved from my childhood but most of California has deemed too dangerous for kids. The view from the upper area was very nice, it parallels 5 but you don’t see much of the highway because of the trees. I was there in the beginning of October and the trees were coloring in preparation of dropping their leaves adding to the beauty of the view.
