We aim to promote a healthier approach to eating baked goods to the community as well as sustain the sweet tooth for our vegan and vegetarian customers.
Description
Wadadli Dessert Oasis is an internet and phone order based business. Orders can be placed 7 days before they are to be shipped, delivered, or picked up. Order pick ups and deliveries are available to the Asheville area. Catering is also available for small home and office events. We also participate in farmers markets in the Asheville area.
History
Established in 2011.
Wadadli Dessert Oasis is a promising upstart in the world of vegan /vegetarian baked goods and cuisine. Originally we operated from Hartford, CT but now our production is done in a commercial kitchen in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.
All of our products are influenced by the flavors, sights, history of the Caribbean.
We ship most items directly to our customers as well as take orders which are available for a scheduled delivery or pickup.

Business Owner
As a pregnant mother who always had an interest in baking and the culinary field since childhood, I began to bake incessantly during my pregnancy. After the birth of my child, I took my passion and love for food seriously. I soon enrolled in culinary school specializing in Pastry and International Baking which focused on a wide variety of cultures, but predominantly old world European breads, cakes and pastries. I also learned sugar, pastillage, and chocolate work.
After graduating in 2011, I knew it was time to pursue my own enterprise.
