Tailgater Toby NOVA is a unique food truck, mobile café and catering company based in Ashburn, VA. We specialize in gourmet BBQ and hot dogs. Aside from our daily operations, serving large corporate parks around the DC Metro area, we are specifically focused on corporate and private catering, as well as large-​scale events.

We are a Game Changing Hospitality and event planning company. Our goal is to bring not only our delicious brand of BBQ but a unique «Game Changing» experience to your next tailgate, house party, corporate event, fundraiser or any other event you can dream up! We bring our BBQ and delicious sides on our state-​of-​the-​art trailer with satellite TV and capacity to feed thousands. But that’s not all! We also bring our expertise, providing an amazing experience with fun and exciting staff that not only get the party going but help you create a true tailgating experience.

History

Established in 2014.

We at Tailgater Toby Nova, are excited to announce the launch of our first Tailgater Toby ® Mobile Café in Northern Virginia! The Tailgater Toby menu includes over 20 signature, slow smoked BBQ meat products, including pulled chicken, pulled pork and beef brisket, Gourmet Hot Dogs and delicious sides, such as Mac ‘n Cheese, creamy coleslaw, smoky baked beans and the classic American potato salad.
