I am really impressed with my entire experience. Brad responded super fast to my inquiry, was very flexible in scheduling a good time for the job and did an amazing job on my Sequoia. I will definitely use him again for both of my cars. Highly recommended to anyone who wants their car looking brand new.

Recommend. This was my first experience with Brad and his company and it was a good one.
First, Brad normally does the detailing at your residence. When I told him that I lived in a brand new community that was still under construction, and was concerned about construction dust and debris in the air, he offered to come pick up my vehicle and detail it in his garage, at no extra cost. Nice touch!
Second, when he returned the vehicle, he immediately pointed out a very small nick in the paint that he admitted to doing. Candidly, it was a tiny spot, in a place that I might not have noticed for quite some time (if ever). He could have easily said nothing. Not only did he point it out, he let me know he had already contacted Hyundai to order the touch up paint, and would come over to touch it up as soon as it came in. I realize that mistakes happen, but I also realize that how you handle those mistakes makes all the difference in the world. I thought the way this was handled was first class all the way!
Lastly, my car looks great! It is a brand new Santa Fe, and Brad washed it, polished it, and sealed it. I wanted to get that done when it was new, before any damage was done to the paint. Glad I did. When he brought it back, he stuck around long enough to give me some excellent suggestions on how to maintain it as well. Obviously he does car detailing for a living, but he gave me some great ideas on how to wash it myself, including the proper supplies and proper technique. He also said he is willing to discuss discounted pricing if I become a regular customer with regularly scheduled detailing. I’m thinking about that.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I feel very comfortable recommending Reflection Auto Salon. I will definitely use them again!
