Got tip & spa pedi here. Prices are very high. Pedicure was meh. Nails were meh. On the plus side, it is very clean & they don’t try to chit chat excessively. Probably will not come back but I think this place has potential and I may check back in 6 months.

Terrible. Nice nails but terrible atmosphere and way over priced for how outdated and un spa-​like it is. For 80 dollars i expect to be offered wine or champagne along with CLEAN and new looking equipment. Sorry for the poor review. But isn’t worth the money unless you’re in a pinch.

Avoid like the plague. I went in for a normal guy’s pedicure, about 4 weeks later my right big toe has almost stopped hurting, redness and swelling is almost gone, the puss has stopped, the scab and my mangled big toenail are now the only remembrance of this terrible experience. I don’t know if it was a dirty tool or if she broke a piece of nail and drove it into my toe. Have you ever had to cut away nail from a swollen toe in attempt to relieve pressure that was causing excruciating pain?
The guy doing my wife’s toes scoffed at her when she told him she likes her toes cut short, he said «uh, I know, I was going to get to it» then he left them too long.
The more I think about it giving 1 star is being too generous. I’ve had 40 – 50 pedicures in my life and this was by far the worst.
Do yourself a favor and find another place.

I went in for a mani/​pedi. If you go here I would determine who you like and stick with them. Very inconsistent in the service quality. I usually get the detox which is pretty pricey. The guy completely cut corners and didn’t scrub the feet as the offering suggests but merely brushed them?
Others always look over my feet and offer additional callus removal since I work out and wear heels. Haven’t decided if I will go back so they get an average rating as I know that I have had better service. So in a nut shell if I can find another salon that does detox I will try them out before coming back to find a thorough technician otherwise I’m movin on…

I came here a few weeks ago because my normal salon I go to my lady was busy. I asked for an acrylic fill for my nails. They lady didn’t seem to do them weep enough. I don’t know what the powder is called they put on but she barely put any of it on. The next morning one of my nails snapped in half because it was a half ass job. I was livid because I just paid 35 $ for a new set that didn’t last me two weeks like it’s supposed too. I worked all week so I couldn’t come in till the next weekend to get it fixed. When I had voiced my concern about how I was frustrated it broke way to soon & I thought it was done wrong. A gentlemen helped me fix it. But he still charged me 35 $. I would assume you would give me a discount since you’re the one that messed up in the first place. That’s bad costumer service & I’ll never go back. You should have said sorry & fixed it. Will recommend to no one. & continue going to my normal place.

WORST nail salon in Ashburn. The service here is absolutely terrible. Sign says «Walk-​ins Welcome» in the window, but that’s not true. They’ll let you sit there and wait while other people walk right in and sit down for their treatment. Absolutely no organization. Go to Joy Nail Salon right around the corner. MUCH better.

Horrible experience with Michael !? I went in to replace 3 nails and he tried to convince me to refill them all and I refused since I just had them refilled less than a week ago. He was sloppy with replacing the nails, one of them was not even straight, I had to tell him to put it straight because he wouldn’t notice, so he took the nail off and try to put another one back. The nails he changed were huge comparing with the ones I already had on. When he was putting the nail polish I asked him to fix two other nails that were a little chipped and he said NO, you only wanted three nails and I asked so what?! He «punished» me for not wanting to do them all, lol ridiculous! I insisted that I need those two fixed too and he refused! Wow, I am sorry I went in after a really relaxing afternoon at La Vida massage. I had to deal with this guy that has no idea what customer service means. I would never go back!

Unfortunately this place did not live up to the reviews I read on here. I just paid 32.00 for a maybe 20 minute pedicure that I probably could have just done at home. I had to have my four year old sit on my lap the whole time and I am 8 months pregnant! I had even called ahead and made an appointment saying I wanted the two of us to have pedicures.
Will not return and did not leave a tip, really poor service and not worth the money spent.

Tried this place out today since I saw they had good reviews. Not happy at all! Asked for a fill, pink and whites and got something that looks like I did it at home. Their are dents in my nails, all the French tips are uneven and when I paid she charged me 50 dollars… for a fill??? And then I said could I leave a tip on the card and she said you don’t have cash? I really should have walked out and not given her anything. Never going back!

Tried going here yesterday for a full set. I walked in and was asked how may I be helped by a lady yelling from across the room massaging some woman’s feet.
I told her I don’t have an appointment, but just wanted a full set. She didn’t reply and just returned to what she was doing, so I just stood there waiting and confused as to what was going on.
5 minutes later another lady finally walks to the front desk and asks how may she help me, I told her never mind and walked out.

This place is clean and relaxing. The staff was not overly friendly at all actually but the pedicure was great!!! Will go back!

So after stopping by my go to place for a pedicure and they were SUPER busy (Mother’s Day) …I decided to give this place a try. Overall, the salon was pretty clean. My experience was pretty average. I was told to choose a color and immediately was taken back to a chair for my pedicure. I was handed a menu with lots of options for pedicures. Basic pedicures started at $ 32 and went up from there I picked the Butter Pedicure ($ 39) one step up from the basic. It got the sea salt scrub and butter lotion on my legs and I got to choose the scent. She scrubbed the bottom of my feet and painted my toes. Overall my pedicure was between good to okay.
So I decided I could use a brow wax as well and decided to give it a whirl while I was there. I didn’t want to take the time to go see my other lady in a town over. The back room was a little scary and so not comfortable. There was a burnt out light bulb and paper to lie on. She made me brows much smaller than I prefer and then asked me if I wanted my upper lip waxed?!? I have NO hair there!!! Totally freaked out I went to my car afterwards looking for some… but none. I asked my husband and he confirmed none there. Phewwww… why she asked if I wanted that waxed beats me!!!
If you want to add tip to your card you need to let them know before they swipe it. The lady who did my pedicure wasn’t really very friendly. I would maybe be up for another pedicure… but maybe with someone else who works there.

I have to give a shout out to my new fabulous nail tech Kelly! She’s awesome and she does lash extensions like me. She’s a sweetie and I LUV my manicure and Shelac color (eyebrow wax too). ! See you again soon!

Sadly just had a bad experience here. They now close at 7 pm on weekdays for the winter. I came in shortly after 6 pm and was asked to wait 30 minutes. I left and came back 30 minutes later, and was told to wait a little bit longer. Fine, gave me time to look at the color I wanted. A lady came in after me and waited about 2 minutes and then was sat down right away to get her nails done. I was pissed — first come first serve, unless this lady had an appointment but it was 6:40, who makes an appointment 20 minutes before it closes? I left and will not be coming here again.

Atmosphere: very clean and tastefully decorated. This place is so quiet and tranquil.
Staff: very sweet and attentive staff, they are very caring.
Prices: reasonable.

I agree with the other reviews. Nice, quick and friendly. Who could ask for more? This is my go to nail place, now.

Great place! They were extremely nice & professional! I definitely recommend them.

My sister recommended this place so I went for a pedi in preparation to a beach trip. I think the name of the lady was Susan. I enjoyed every minute of my pedi. Unlike most Asian women in this industry that talk to each other in a foreign language she made an effort to chat with me which I appreciated. Also, the previous day I had a horrible leg wax job and Susan offered to wax the missing spots free of charge. I will definitely go back. Note that you need to bring cash for tips.
