We answer LIVE 24 hours a day to respond to water, sewage, and board up emergencies. Our on call supervisor will dispatch a technician in order to begin emergency services.

History

Established in 2003.

Rapid Restoration started as Purple Penguin Carpet Cleaning in 1997. As a carpet cleaning company we completed thousands of water extractions throughout the years. With this expercience, we opened our second division in 2003 to provide a more in depth restoration service. We obtained certifications in water, structural drying, mold, fire, meth abatement, and lead abatement.

Manager

Courtney Covington began working for Rapid Restoration in 2007 as a Project Estimator. With experience in insurance adjusting, she estimated small and large losses. In 2010 she became a Director of Business Development. She is dedicated to building strong business relationships with current and prospective customers.
