Called in and was given an apt for following day as ours was not a rush. Technician called ahead and solved the problem within minutes of arrival. Simple solution however, Aaron our technician was VERY professional, informative and not at all condescending. Next time we need any HVAC work, we’re calling in the Knight!

Wow… Amazing service, knowledgeable techs, great communication! I was totally blown away when they came out to diagnose a problem, told me it wasn’t really a problem, and then didn’t even charge me a trip charge for the effort. John seems like a great tech and Corey was on top of everything right from my first call to their shop. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are great! I booked Knight Mechanical through Home Advisor, and their dispatcher (Judy) called me within seconds of submitting my request. (It was almost 9pm!) I had a small job (non-​emergency, faucet & water heater drain snake), and their flexibility on appointment times was outstanding. Aaron called the day of my appointment, showed up right on time and assessed the job, giving me a straight estimate right out of the gate, and booking two of his guys to come by the very next morning to get everything taken care of. The gentlemen who worked the job were just as professional as Aaron was, were extremely respectful of my home (floors, countertops, etc), and got everything done within an hour! Really appreciated working with such knowledgeable, punctual, courteous professionals in the day & age of questionable customer service. Would /​Will definitely recommend to others!

Overall, I am pleased with the company. They were doing a fireplace install at my house and I threw them a curveball at the last minute. Corey rolled with it and went beyond his responsibilities to solve the issue. They were able to fit me in almost immediately and the price point is competitive.
That said, I am docking them one star. When tweaking some of the gas line in the basement ceiling, rather than use a ladder, they stepped on my furniture and damaged it. I recall hearing a large bang and suspect a wrench was dropped causing the issue. I understand that things happen but I would minimally expect to be notified that this happened.

We used these guys twice now to fix both an AC and a furnace. They did an excellent job, going above and beyond the original service call by fixing minor issues free of charge. When our furnace blew, Corey was very straight forward with our options and was respectful of our finances by not trying to up-​sale replacement systems. Both Corey and Aaron worked hard to install our new furnace in a single day despite working long hours and fixing many issues with our house, so the new furnace would work at it’s best. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again for all of our HVAC needs.

I’ve had to call Knight Mechanical twice in the past few months– once for my A/​C and once for my furnace. Corey and Aaron are great! They are honest and efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Their prices are reasonable and they warranty their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

The guys from Knight Mechanical were very professional and courteous over the phone when we booked the appointment. They maintained the same professionalism in our home as well. They thoroughly explained our options for repair and service. My husband and I discussed our options and chose the best fit for our needs/​budget. After they completed the job, our house is cool and comfortable again. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of AC service or repair.

It was Memorial Day and we woke up to water all over our kitchen I needed someone quick and I called Knight Mechanical and they were here within the hour and fixed our problem at a fair price. Aaron is great and I will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.
