I’m embarrassed it’s taken me this long to review Shane at Infinity. We moved into an older neglected home in Arvada about 1.5 years ago and we have had a laundry list of issues. The home has a boiler which in itself is hard to find someone who knows how to repair. Our home also has an evaporative cooler. Both Shane has worked on. Before finding Infinity we went through many other repair services. One time we were without heat and we went through two other companies claiming they fixed it before we found Infinity.
We moved from a home with AC to the evaporative cooler and Shane was patient our first summer as we worked hard to make repairs, replace parts to get it working efficiently.
He’s been out to our home at least a handful of times. So much so that this last time I called, he knew where I lived based upon a house description alone. Like I said, we moved into a neglected older home.
If any of you are looking for your go to company for heating and cooling I would encourage you to give Shane a try. I don’t believe you would be disappointed. He’s been honest, timely, efficient, kind and respectful of our home, and the biggest thing — he’s always fixed the problem!

We had Infinity come and provide an estimate on the installation of a new humidifier and thermostat for our home here in Arvada. We went ahead with the work and have been very pleased with the results.
Shane was very professional and thorough with his estimates and his work. He stepped us through his recommendations and also reviewed the installation once complete to make sure that we were pleased and understood the functionality of our new equipment.

This is our first time working with Shane. He came over to service our central humidifier and was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future!

We awoke to a cold house and a furnace that would only blow cold air with an outside temp of 5 degrees. Called Shane at 0530 (a.m) and he called me back before 0700. Shane to the rescue. He is prompt, courteous, and more than fair. This is the second time we’ve called for his service and he will continue to be our go-​to provider for HVAC services. Thank you Shane!

Our heater stopped working two days before my mother was to arrive for the holidays. Shane was at our house fifteen minutes after my husband called him (he happened to be nearby) and the heater was working fifteen minutes after that. Once again, he didn’t find any huge problems, or need for major work, he just fixed what needed to be fixed. Totally honest, and a great guy. Cannot recommend him enough.

Our furnace went down on Thanksgiving afternoon. Called a number of repair shops the next morning, all of whom essentially blew me off. Called Shane and he fit me in for 1:30 Friday. He called back to say he could make it earlier and he did. He explained the problem, gave me options, and efficiently went about his work. By 1pm we had heat again.
P. S. He even took his shoes off at the front door.

Diagnosed and fixed our problem furnace very quickly (when others could not) at a very fair price.

We scheduled a service for our furnace and a flush for our water heater. I called Shane on Friday and he made an appointment for Monday. Unfortunately he forgot about the appointment on Monday and I called him to ask what happened. He was very apologetic and scheduled me for Wednesday. It happens.
When he did come, he did a great job. He knew we were getting ready to sell our house so gave us some tips about the inspection and what we may want to add.
He was very friendly and professional. We’ll be using them again.

I’m enjoying A/​C as I write.
I compared 3 A/​C providers (including «a friend in the business»). All of them came to the house and walked me through the installation process. All expressed the need to bring in a separate electrician. The first two (or their electrician) tried to convince me that I needed parts or services that I was pretty sure I didn’t.
The third, Shane/​Infinity, had the knowledge to work with my existing furnace and electrical. Prior to installation, as questions came up, Shane was responsive to email. Throughout installation, he was professional, friendly, dog-​friendly, honest, and respectful of my home. The electrician he chooses to work with (Chad Grow, Galaxie Electric) and Shane’s assistant Andre fit the same description.
If you want a knowledgeable, no-​nonsense expert, look no further.

Shane is one of the best HVAC men in the business. I used Infinity Heating & Cooling several times and have recommended them to my family, friends, and neighbors. All of them say the same. Shane wont try to sell you something you do not need and his prices are great. Can’t say enough about his integrity. When purchasing any HVAC equipment know this: the person putting it in is 10 times more important than the brand name on the unit. Great work, prices, skill and most important to me found a honest company. Thanks Shane!

Shane and his team really are the best of the best in Colorado! When our A/​C unit went out early this summer, we were shocked to get quotes of over 10K to replace just the A/​C unit. We received Shane’s business card from a neighbor and gave him a call. Wow are we ever thankful we did – because not only did he also install a 95% furnace for us-​he also came in over 4K less than what the big box stores wanted to charge us for JUST the A/​C. When it came time for install, he was in and out of my house in less than 7 hours and the work is top notch. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was to do business with Shane. I highly, highly recommend using Infinity Heating and Cooling!

Shane is fantastic. He turned a «$ 700» problem (as told by another company) into a $ 80 fix — and that was coming out on a weekend. He has also done more extension work for us finishing our basement. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

The regular heating company was booked up for a week. The heat was out. Shane promised to try and squeeze us in. He showed up, got to work and finished in 1 hour. I will be using infinity as long as Shane owns the company.

Great guy… Called last night at 9pm an was at my house the next morning at 7:15. Had my furnace running by 7:30. I will definitely use him again.

Just got off the phone with Shane. Super nice guy. I was calling him to schedule an inspection of the HVAC system of a house we’re buying because I was concerned about the size of the furnace relative to the size of the house. He patiently explained to me that given the square footage and the age of the unit, I didn’t have to worry about it. So he saved me a unnecessary service cost — I suspect a lot of guys would have just booked the appointment and taken my money. Tough to find folks that are honest, even when it means they might not get your business immediately. I’ll be calling him when I do need service, for sure. Thanks, Shane.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shane for well over 5 years. Shane is an honest, hardworking, local professional and I highly recommend him. I operate a real estate investment company and he has done everything from small repairs to large complex installations on 100’s of properties. His knowledge of his trade is unmatched. He also has great customer service and is always willing to go above and beyond to get the job completed. I’ve referred him time and time again over the years and always received great compliments on his work. The HVAC industry is dominated by large service companies who’s inexperienced technicians are simply there to up sell you on expensive services and products you often don’t need. Shane is the best guy I’ve found yet. Reliable, always shows up on time, and if something isn’t working after the first attempt he’ll show up and get it fixed. He’s my main man for my rental properties. With rentals it’s nice to have somebody I can send out without having to accompany him because I have a day job, and Shane is great for that.

We have a huge 50-​gal Polaris water heater/​boiler combination. It’s highly unusual to have this unit in a residential home, so most companies I called had no idea what to do with it. Shane was recommended by another H&C guy and I only wish I had found him three years ago when we moved into this house!
Shane completed all the work requested and was very professional, friendly, and informative. We just had our carpets cleaned and he was even cool about wearing little plastic covers on his shoes while in the house.
We are unfortunately moving out-​of-​state, or I would definitely keep Shane on my list of house contractors.

After almost two years of dealing with dry skin, being «shocked» when I touch anything in my house, my furniture cracking and other dry air related maladies I decided to look into a all house humidifier. Did some research on makes and models, then made a few calls.
First of all, the contractors I called all seemed to use the same Honeywell products. And the choices were a by-​pass humidifier or a powered humidifier. The former being a passive type unit, the latter being able to provide a higher level of humidity. The former requiring a duct from the unit to the ventilation system, the latter being attached directly to the furnace. Both units were about the same in price when purchased from various sites, about $ 260. I also looked into a new thermostat and found a Honeywell IAQ that allows the % of humidity to be controlled from the main unit, about $ 170.
I then talked to various contractors, all of them seemed to say that the installation would take about 3 hours, and all of them seemed to make a pretty good profit on the total bill, so no matter who I chose, it was going to cost me a few bucks.
I went with Infinity Heating & Cooling after talking to the owner Shane Diltz. He arrive 30 minutes early on Monday and went right to work. He even had to do some modification to my furnace to install the humidifier. He also did not mind my asking questions as he worked. He got it all hooked up, it looks great and is whirring away upping the humidity in my house. Going to take awhile to get in the 35−40% range but I will be happy when it gets there.
So far I am pleased with the whole process. I will report back it problem arise and if they do, the response to them.
