Chase Bank

Slowest bank in the whole wide world. Getting change for a 20 for our company. 1 roll of quarters and 10 ones… Took 7 minutes with no line

Horrible treatment by the branch manager, I have 3 Chase credit cards and a checking account. This problem started when I tried to get some change (small amount under $ 100. The drive up teller started questioning me like I was a drug lord. «We have to report all change orders to the authorities». I have never had this problem at any other Chase branch. I spoke to the manager last week and he assured me that it wasn’t a problem. Well I had a problem this past weekend and today he attacks me and tell me «to step outside the bank as he wanted to talk to me» Then he jumps all over me verbally and I was scared he was going to hit me” Now I know where their «training» on how to treat customers come from! I am still shaking from this confrontation.

I don’t often have the need to actually go into the bank — most of my banking needs are taken care of online, with the occasional stop at the ATM. In the past few weeks, I’ve had to go into the bank on 2 separate occasions. One to close an account, and one to sign some paperwork to close on a car loan.
Everyone is helpful, and I’m always greeted immediately when I enter. I worked with Amanda on the car loan and she was helpful and friendly. She had the paperwork all ready to go, and start to finish, including getting the documents notarized took about 15 minutes. My only complaint was that I had to return the following day to sign one more piece of paper that they had missed on the first day. But it too only took about 10 minutes.
It’s definitely better than many other branch offices I’ve been to, so I’m glad it’s close to home.

It’s one of two Chases in the area and this one is by far the better Chase. I don’t go into the bank much but the drive thru is always working. The one up the street seems to be out of service a lot more.

I have been to this Chase branch several times and the employees have always been helpful. They’re more than willing to stop what they’re doing to answer a customer’s question. Overall the bank has a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere as well as awesome customer service.

Since this is my local Chase branch, I have to give them props for being so close and convenient to my home, and also for almost always recognizing me. When I had a business account here I really enjoyed the service Ryan gave me, but he has since moved on to another branch and I closed my business so I don’t require those services anymore. Ryan was always quick to refund fees when I protested them because Chase kept changing the terms of the business account agreements. He knew my frustrations and quickly reconciled them.
My one complaint is that Chase (and I think most banks in general) has become really pushy with the credit card offers. Even of I visit the same teller 3 days in a row and tell them «no, I don’t need another Chase credit card,» they still tell me I’m pre-​approved and ask me if I need a card.
All in all I have been a very satisfied Chase customer for years and am very glad to have this branch so close to me.
