This place is terrible. The service is horrible.

The Sooper ladies are helpful. I think they are great! I like this location and service.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. TERRIBLE service. Extremely rude staff. Terrible hours of operation! They close at 5. Literally the same hour 85% of people get off from work. I’ve tried calling, and it takes them approx. 35 – 60 min to answer.

I opened an account at Sooper Credit Union when moving to the Denver area for their Kassasa Cash program, which gives a good interest rate on your checking account. I just deposited some money and wanted to make an external transfer to another account and was told I had to call in and could not do it at the branch I was at that day. I called in and the woman that answered, who was very rude, informed me I needed to come to an office to do that– the exact opposite of what I was told the day before. I looked online and saw that I could do a wire transfer but it would cost $ 20. I called back again and was transferred because the lady I was speaking with did not know how to deal with my situation (its not like its hard to transfer money to another credit union for gods sake). Needless to say it seems like no one knows what they are doing and they will just give you the run around. I do not recommend this credit union.

Completely incompetent…
They sent me a new debt card with a letter saving that Master Cards system has been sacrificed. They say my card will turn off in two weeks, and to use the new one when my pin number arrives in a separate mail. So I never receive this additional piece of mail, today I go to the doctors office for an important visit only to find out today is the day they turn off my card. So now I’m here with no debt card and no way to get money other than to drive out of my way to a branch location to get cash, which I don’t need to do now that I’m already missing my appointment. I didn’t even do anything wrong, they just tell me my card is getting shut off and then they do it! So I call the member service representative to try to get my pin… all they can do is resend another letter with the pin that will arrive in 2 – 3 days they say, I’m skeptical since the first one didn’t show up. Well off to re-​schedule my appointment i waited a whole month for.

Applied for a personal loan online. Received a call back from a arrogant loan officer. Asking me personal questions such as why I didn’t have a car, what specific kind of work I do, etc. Not typical loan questions. Made it seem like what a chore and inconvenience it was for her to be reviewing my request. Pulled out after this experience and got a loan elsewhere. Very strange experience.

What a waste of office space. No tellers and one big machine a line of people are waiting for.
I have been waiting for a month to deposit some check. They can’t get my number to work. They can’t show me how to work machine with out waiting for other to use.
This is Sooper credit union for King Soopers that has 1000 stores yet only one location and Aurora for its Crdot union.
Just a tip change credit unions or better yet go to Wells Fargo right across the street.

awful bank, paid off my car loan in full just so i didn’t have to deal with them. i wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Worst service! Had a buddy make a deposit and they disclosed my balance on my checking account to him. And he is not in the account!
Bit of an update. It’s happened 4 more times! I keep telling the Supervisor whom is absolutely useless! I feel she protects her associates more then the members. I know she’s been with Soopers for a boat load of years, but it’ll be nice to have another supervisor soon!
