parking sucks, permit required but they get stolen so you get ticketed, parking lots are full of broken glass and cars are always getting messed with.

I would rate this cockroach motel in the negative stars if I could. Kelly the manager is a rude overgrown child, who’s bookkeeping skills leave much to be desired. This cracker jack office tried to charge me twice for my deposit, and the first time when presented with evidence lost my personal financial information. The second time around they kicked me out of the office when presented with evidence. The amenities suck, the residents are 90% white trash, and they fit right in with the management. I turned in my notice to vacate, and big surprise when move out time came they hadn’t filed it yet! Bush league Kelly. I’ll see you in court!

After further thought on the matter I noticed that a few other tenants were not too impressed with the management. They use to have some playground equipment on the west side towards Wadsworth and etched into the pic nic table that was nearby said ‘Aspen Point Sucks’. I kept that in mind often times when I got frustrated with the lackluster management there. One spring someone tore out the flowers that the management had planted and thrown them on the ground. Aspen Point made it sound quite scandalous but in the end it was probably a tenant that they gave the shaft on regarding a particular issue. Such as life at Aspen Point where the management turnover is high and the representatives working there would just as soon have vacancies than renting tenants there.
