Park Place Olde Town

Here’s an update. There is still a lot of work to be done here, but it has gotten better because, at least in the south building, we don’t have construction workers in the hallway and nearby apartments all the time.
The units are nice, but the walls and ceilings are thin. So noise… Yes, you’ll hear your neighbors. Most of the residents are respectful and friendly. For example, if someone has a party, they usually write you a note to warn you in advance. The age skews on the higher side.
