Established in 2011.

5280 Floors was founded in 2011 by Eric See. We started like most companies, a one-​man show out of a garage. We are still a small business, with one owner and currently six team members. Our goal is continued growth, but to never get so big we stop focusing on the most important thing — the client.

Business Owner

Prior to starting the company, Eric was the National Sales Manager for Bona, the world leader in hardwood floor machines, abrasives, and finishes. At Bona, Eric learned the hardwood contracting business, including best practices and how to properly use the highest quality products in the industry. Most importantly, how to run it like a business and not a hobby, with processes and procedures to provide a consistent product.
