History

Established in 1984.

Frank Tsang started Tsang & Associates (previously Immigration Express) back in 1984 to assist others in the complex process of immigration. His goal has always been to provide a transparent and effective legal service as a family-​owned and client-​centered firm. Since then, the firm has expanded its fields of law to family and business as well, while opening offices in Shanghai and Taipei, Taiwan. His sister Chen-​Cho and son Joseph Tsang run the LA office, building upon the vision that Frank began 30 years ago.

Business Owner

Joseph Tsang is an attorney in Los Angeles that focuses on family, estate, and immigration law. He is an AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) member and president of Dream Express, Inc. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin and grew up in both in Southern California and in Taiwan. At T&A, his top priority is to give clients top-​tier legal service while making the process as efficient and simple as possible. Joseph received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside with a degree in Philosophy, Sociology, Law and Society. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University, and holds a special certificate in dispute resolution.



In addition to his commitment to his business, Joseph is an active philanthropist. He is the Director of the 501© Eden Farm Foundation, a charity founded by his mom that serves the needy and disabled. His interests include consuming all kinds of literature, with Victor Hugo being his all-​time favorite.
