Michael J. History
Established in 1987.
Upon admission to the State Bar of California, Mr. Boyajian returned to the United States to represent major financial institutions downtown Los Angeles. He then joined the Fresno County Counsel’s office, where, among other things, he was assigned to assist the County’s Public Works & Development Services Department. Mr. Boyajian also represented the Risk Management Division of the Fresno County General Services Department in all aspects of complex civil litigation. Mr. Boyajian was then hired by the insurance defense firm of Borton, Petrini & Conron, where he fine-tuned his litigation skills in their Fresno and Santa Barbara offices, representing a variety of insurance companies who insure major companies such as Dole Food Company, Dewey Pest Control, Tootsie Roll, The Good Guys, Kal Kan, Fosters Freeze and Home Depot. He then gained further real estate, construction, and public entity experience while serving the cities of Morro bay and Pismo Beach as their Assistant City Attorney.

Attorney Boyajian has been practicing law for over 25 years, and has three (3) offices to better serve his clients throughout San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County. The Five Cities Law Center is located in Arroyo Grande, California and was opened to accommodate clients in San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Oceano, and Nipomo. Attorney Boyajian also has offices located in Templeton and Solvang.
