My first time to use Walmart Pharmacy and I called in a prescription transfer. Technician was courteous, knowledgable and helpful. She commented to go to the drop off window when I come to pick up, so they can register my prescription card first. Thus saving my time from standing in line twice. This was very helpful — as standing in line twice would not be a good experience for me.

I came here the other day to fill 2 scripts. One of them was relatively cheap(about $ 4 for one pill). It was generic. The other was about $ 160 for 30 g of generic anti-fungal cream. Yes, you heard that right $ 160. Well, they didn’t fill the $ 160 script since they didn’t know whether I wanted it or not since it was expensive. At first, I understood their concerns & whined about it for a minute. But, then I realized how expensive it costs to make the cream(R & D, marketing, regulatory, quality control, etc.). I was once part of that team, & I was paid well for doing that job. I applaud the staff at this location for making such a concern over the price of the prescription. The staff is always helpful when it comes to getting more of my beloved grandma’s diabetic testing strips.
