Thanks, Unilocalers for recommending this great place. I took my watch for a new battery and the guy changed it super fast — so I pulled out my other 5 watches that needed new batteries(I know, I like watches…) of all different brands and he was able to change them all cheerfully and without blinking an eye. They also provide a one-year warranty on the batteries. Give this guy your business!

Go here! This man is amazing! He took links out of my watch while I waited for my lunch to be ready(5 minutes). He also told me if I wanted to switch it out I could go to back to him free of charge. It was only $ 10!

Super knowledgeable repairman. Unfortunately he couldn’t change my broken watch band because it was a custom-order item only available from the manufacturer. But he took the time to make a temporary fix on the broken band so it would at least stay on my wrist. When he finished, he refused payment! Customer service like this is sadly a lost art form.

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly and competitively priced for a watch battery replacement. This is exactly what I needed when my piece of garbage Kate Spade watch croaked after one year. I highly recommend this place, especially considering there’s a really scammy watch place right when you walk in from the metro and I’m pretty sure they charge something like $ 50 for a watch battery replacement. Glad to find out about this place!!!

Getting a watch battery changed is the WORST. My Kate Spade watch is gorgeous. I mean, stopping people in the street asking me where it’s from kind of gorgeous. But the battery died months ago and whenever I took it into a jewelry store, they’d either open it up and tell me they didn’t have the right battery for it, or wouldn’t even try to open it. If you know me, you know I am the laziest person on the planet, so I’d been going a good 3 – 4 months wearing a broken watch when I finally found myself in Pentagon City Mall running an unrelated errand. Then I saw the watch store that sells Cartier and other fancy crap and thought, they HAVE to be able to help me, right? Wrong! Guy in there took one look and said their specialist was on break and I have to come back into an hour or two cause he wasn’t comfortable doing it himself. I was this close to screaming when he suggested I try ‘Watch Out’ in the food court. I walked up the kiosk and a man jumped up from eating his lunch to help me. I showed him my watch and in 3 minutes flat, for $ 16(or $ 14 I can’t remember) he changed my battery. Dude upstairs was gonna charge me $ 20! And make me wait two hours! He was so sweet and I asked him if he’s on Unilocal so I can write a review for him. He said his wife was trying to figure Unilocal out a week ago but we weren’t able to pull it up. I promised him I’d take care of it for him. So hopefully I got his address and phone number right. Everyone, please support your small local businesses, ESPECIALLY the kiosks. They employ and are owned by some of the hardest working people in malls and often do not have a presence on Unilocal
