Was looking to try a new Thai restaurant and landed on Thai Curry mainly due to their free delivery. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai along with an order of the pork gyoza and was extremely unimpressed with both. Both dishes were cold and flavorless. My advice: save your money and order from Bangkok Bistro.

Great Thai delivery! We’ve been ordering from Thai Curry for years now, and they consistently deliver great food. Highly recommend.

I thought the food was really tasty. I ordered delivery and it came within the allotted time. The veggie gyoza was nice, he dumpling was not thick and the protein/veggie filling was flavorful. I also had the green curry which was really good. It could have been a bit spicier, but it did have some kick to go along with the sweetness of the coconut milk. I will definitely order again.

The Thai food here is great, and it never disappoints. I ordered the fried calamari which was delicious. The sweet and sour sauce always pairs well with it. For my entrée, I got the spicy eggplant with minced chicken. It was a bit spicy, but very flavorful and a great dish that I highly recommend. It comes with rice. The service here is quick, and this place is never packed, so no waiting. Also the prices are relatively cheap as well. The parking lot is small though, but usually it isn’t difficult to find a spot.

I’ve had their food before and really enjoyed the curry. But delivery took a very long time. I thought they were just busy as it was dinner rush. Today I ordered lunch for my friend and I at 115pm. The food was delivered 2:31pm and the food was cold… We ordered crab wanton and they were soggy not crispy — I can only assume from being steamed in the bad for an hour… We ordered the thai fried rice medium heat with shrimp and combination meat and it was cold. Also got the Curry which has a little warmth in it but still needed to to be re-heated. Once heated up, the food was ok. I’ve had thai fried rice before and I think they need to add more seasoning. The curry had a good creamy taste but lacked heat. This rating is a combination of their delivery experience and food.

The food is excellent and the dine in service is quick and professional. My only complaint is the take out order of Pad Thai doesn’t come with a spring roll and salad like the dine in version(same price) but you do get a larger portion. Overall everything I’ve had there has been delicious.

The delivery took longer than expected however the food was of good quality and not too large or too small of servings. 2 points of concern:(1) my order requested one dish to be medium spicy and another to be spicy. These were either reversed during cooking or the levels of spiciness are not correctly gauged during cooking.(2) the delivery service used has you provide the tip during ordering. This does not allow for tipping given the service you are locked into your tip regardless of service. Next time I will include a basic tip and leave note that an additional cash tip will be provided based on service. All that said, other than an hour+ delivery time, the driver was very nice, quick and didn’t dilly-dally once reaching our house :-) The veggie goyza was sad as I asked for steamed over fried and they definitely arrived fried — they were yummy, but fried. The pad thai was also very good as was the pad broccoli over rice. The brown rice(sub) was also very good and hearty.

BESTTHAIFOOD! The area is a little sketchy and there’s little parking, but it’s worth the trip. The prices are reasonable and the good is great. I recommend the panang curry with beef and the Thai iced tea.

This place definitely caught me by surprise because of its location. Despite being in a small strip shopping center, the inside is very cozy and has a modern, clean feel. The food was very good and the staff was friendly. If I am ever back in the area I will return here. Be careful when parking and leaving.

Crunchy spring rolls were great but the chicken pad thai was a little bland. Beef jungle curry was hot but nothing special from a flavor perspective. Place has good reviews but it didn’t live up tonight. We’ll give it another try but expectations are low.

Review is for delivery only. Never eaten in. This place is a lifesaver. The delivery is insanely fast — only Jimmy John’s beats them for delivery speed. Very often they’ll be 10 – 15 minutes before their delivery estimates. I always get the chicken satay, which is super tasty. Great peanut sauce. I also always get the tender beef panang curry. Unlike most«quick curries» which are a combination of stir-fry protein and a pre-made curry sauce, the tender beef panang curry cooks the beef and the sauce together. The result is super tender, juicy, big chunks of beef and a more flavorful panang curry broth. The best panang curries are always slow-cooked with the beef, and this is no exception. It’s delicious, and among the best panang curry I’ve ever had. Not only that, but on eat24, the delivery minimum is only $ 15 and there’s no delivery fee. That means delivery thai for one person is actually do-able. Thai Curry, you’re amazing.

Surprising the food and ambience were amazing. we quite didn’t expected that. It is very quite, soft music, nice décor, and good job. It is the perfect combination for a date night. Also it is not expensive at all. We spent $ 50 for 2 main entry, 3 appetizer and a Thai tea. We will definitely go back there

I was craving Thai food and came upon this place. I was a bit disappointed with the food. My bf and I shared the Pad Thai and Spicy Eggplant with minced chicken. Both dishes were salty. The Pad Thai didn’t come with a slice of lime which would have probably made the dish a tad bit better but not enough to change my opinion on the taste of the dish. The food was just okay. The Thai Iced Tea was pretty good, I liked it. The ambiance was actually really nice. The outside is old and outdated but the inside was sleek and modern. Servers were friendly but slow — we were the only ones there too(Saturday evening around 7pm). Bangkok 54 or Bangkok Bistro are better choices for Thai food in my opinion.

After lamenting the lack of Thai places near me, I decided to try this place out. One word: amazing. I’m no stranger to Thai food, having spent quite some time in Thailand, which is why I’m so picky about Thai restaurants. More than a few in the area leave much to be desired. One night, my boyfriend and I were famished, and we decided to order Thai that would get here quick. I always ask for my dishes to be made without fish sauce — an odd request for a Thai restaurant, but most can accommodate accordingly. After I placed an order, Thai Curry called me several times(my phone was on vibrate, so their persistence to get in touch with me spoke volumes) to tell me that some dishes I ordered(namely, pad thai and veggie green curry) could not be made without fish sauce. No matter, we changed our order and everything was smooth sailing from there. We ordered som tum(sans fish sauce), green curry with chicken, and pad see ew(sans fish sauce). Som tum, one of my favorite salads ever, is my go-to tester for Thai restaurants. Most restaurants serve a «watered-down» version to customers, where the salad is nowhere as spicy or tangy as it should be. Eating Thai Curry’s som tum was like eating som tum straight out of Thailand — super spicy and super delicious! The pad see ew was also quite flavorful, with just the right mix of veggies, noodles and sauce. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the green curry, heat-induced sweat and all. I was quite pleased with the fact that management kept calling me to inform me that they wouldn’t be able to make some dishes without fish sauce, because I have had experiences where management simply ignores my request. Thai Curry proved to me that they want me to enjoy the food. Our food arrived at our door, after changing the order, in a matter of 20 or so minutes. Fast! Portion sizes are also quite generous, so we were able to eat two solid meals from one order. I will definitely be ordering/eating from Thai Curry again in the future.

Finding a solid Thai restaurant when traveling in a new area is a gamble. I was really craving Thai and I convinced 4 of my colleagues to join me for dinner. After a healthy walk from the Hilton, we secured our spots at a table. The place provides an intimate setting with just a handful of tables. It is well decorated. I ordered the Pad Thai with vegetables only. They don’t add spice to the dish unless you specifically ask for it. If you like eating with chopsticks and like to add more spice condiments, speak up.

The name says a lot — Thai Curry. I had two meetings in Arlington today with a break for a late lunch… I knew where I was going. If you like(or want to try) good Thai curry in the NOVA area this it a great place to visit.

First off, free delivery with GrubHub and secondly, YUM! This review is based on delivery and the food alone and I give it 5 stars. We ordered the pad thai, chicken curry, and catfish and all dishes were very yummy and tasty. The portions to-go were very generous and plenty enough for two people. The pad thai was moist and flavorful, unlike some places where I think it can be too dry or too bland. It was just right. My boyfriend got the chicken panang curry and said it was absolutely delicious. We added veggies to ours and extra chicken and it was perfect! Just the right amount of sweetness with a little spicy kick. We also ordered the catfish and it surprisingly very tasty as well! That catfish was breaded/crispy and some parts were a tad bit too salty for my taste, but it didn’t take away from the saucy, yummy broth it came with. So glad to know there’s a yummy Thai place around the corner from us!

This is a cute, little intimate Thai restaurant. Friendly staff, and service was fine. Came during dinner rush on a Friday night and the service was fine. Entrees: Panang Curry — bigger dish than other places. Typical taste with a nice little kick to it. Beef Pad Thai — it was okay, very typical as well. There wasn’t really a wow factor in any of the entrees but they’re still tasteful. Dessert: Sticky rice & mango — very good sticky rice, perfect sweetness to it. Delightful presentation on all the dishes. Overall, would definitely return to try other food items on their menu.
