Even though we jokingly call this «Fakebucks» because it’s inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel & not an official location, I have never been disappointed with my drinks. Only downside is that they don’t have breakfast sandwiches or the snack boxes. The service is exceptional and every drink is made with care. There is free wifi, lounge chairs and patio seating right outside. What’s not to enjoy? Amy is the friendliest barista you will ever meet!

Friendly but very slow. This location is supposedly a real Starbucks but it does not recognize Starbucks rewards – which are supposed to be one free coffee for every 12 you but. Seems like a ripoff to me.

No waiting and the staff quickly made my special order. Love the late with toffee nut with a extra shot of expresso, so good. Would recommend this to anyone who likes coffee and late or café con Leche.

Due to the location and limited foot traffic this location recieves in the evening. I discovered that they close at 6 pm on the weekdays (which is earlier than other Starbucks in the area, which close at 9:00 PM).

My first check in, but not my first visit to this location; but it may be my last. I still cannot figure out what happened. I ordered a skinny vanilla coffee frap. First they wanted to make me a latte — hello, it’s midday in July, it’s hot outside, I want ice and I want it crushed like a slushy! Once we got that all straightened out, the frap turned out to be a vanilla bean with no coffee. I turned it down, it went back into the blender with some coffee powder. I gave up; I shouldn’t have… OMG that was full of sugar… there was no «skinny» in my frap. Seriously, there is less sugar in a nougat candy bar than there was in that frap.
And when exactly did a venti jump to $ 6? Coffee has gotten way too pricey to tolerate not getting the order right. I had an adult beverage in airport bar for less than that a few weeks ago. Maybe it’s time to give up stimulants for depressants… it’s cheaper!

This Starbucks isn’t very busy on the weekends. The staff is friendly and the drinks are served quickly. It is a very brand standard Starbucks.

It would be easy to look down upon a Starbucks in a hotel, but the people who work here make all the difference. The morning shift greets you with genuine smiles and make your order just the way you remember it. In the afternoon, you are greeted by Amy, the nicest woman you can image.
Go here please! You will be happier because of the people who invest in their customers– YOU.
