Primax Pest Control

I called Primax about a mice problem that i had. My Exterminator Angelo Came out the next day and was about 30 minutes early which was a plus for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Angelo answered every question that i had. Working quickly and efficiently he laid traps and bait all while cleaning up behind himself. He followed up with me within the next few days and i hadn’t seen any evidence of the mice since then. I would definitely recommend Primax Services to any and everyone that i know!

We have or had bed bugs. It is January 17,2016 and has been 24 hours since Kofi came to help us eradicate the bed bugs. I have been battling these bed bugs for six months. Kofi has a great sense for costumer service. He understood how hard I have been working and assured me that he has brought light to the end of the tunnel. Our house was considered a low infestation. I will attest to the reason, because I have been not stopped trying to get rid of them. It had gone through every level of our home but hopfully ended in one last room, Kofi spent 3 hours in 1 room then guaranteed his work. Kofi helped me understand what his strati gee was to rid bed bugs from my house, It was a lot of work but it has been for six months. I will continue to let you know how this ends, I did say this journey started six months ago with a low infestation rating and it’s been only 24 hours, I will report back several times in the next 30 days to let you knows what happens. In the mean time Kofi has given us great peace of mind and wants me to call immediately if there is any problems. «Yay Kofe for great customer service, It is nice to see someone take pride in what they do.

Needing pest service is never really a happy thing, but having PRIMAX Pest technicians come over to inspect and treat the house has so far been an excellent experience. I needed a regular visits indoor & outdoor, and every technician has been very professional, but Kofi has been particularly thorough in explaining what he’s found and what steps he’s taken at the end of his visits. The problem seems to be gone for now, which is a huge relief, and if anything else arises I will definitely call them again. GOOOOOOOO PRIMAX

I did a sleep over at a friends beautiful home at gainesville. I woke up with spots on my arms which felt like little bruises. I checked the bed. and I saw bedbugs. Talked to my friend and we called on Primax pest. The technician did a wonderful job. He was right on schedule. Very serious in dealing with the bed bug situation. He checked the rest of the rooms to make sure those were bug free. I was at my friends house this past weekend and the sleep was awesome. His wife thanked me for giving them primax. Yes I will recommend Primax for everyone. They have been good to me.

I heard a small animal clawing inside one of my interior walls and read Primax’s positive reviews and booked an appointment on their website in the early morning. Later that day, I was able to get home around 10am and called to reschedule. The woman on the phone was very nice, but explained that no reservation had been booked. She got me a new one for noon that day. After waiting an hour I called Primax again at 1pm and was told that there was no appointment and no one could help. They gave me a number for one of their competitors. They seem like a nice group, but if you decide to use them just call three or four times to ensure they show.

Cofee is the best!!! We have been using primax for a few months now at the salon and would highly recommend them to another business.

I hired Primax to manage a pest situation in my apartment building. Service was prompt and it took care of the pest! An added plus, Kofi went the extra mile and worked with my apartment management people (they were concerned about what treatments would be used) to get them comfortable about the situation was handled.

This is my first pest control experience so I went to the reviews on Unilocal and started calling. I ended up most impressed by Kofi Justice’s reviews and for good reason: He is an impressive professional with a work ethic I wish for clerks at the DMV.
Kofi has an encyclopedic knowledge of pests, uses the safest materials that can still get the job done, and has products to keep them from coming back. He came right away, gave me a 60 day warranty rather than 30, and made no mess. I stopped comparison shopping after a while but I believe Kofi’s price was either the lowest or next to the lowest of all the places I called. By the way, Orkin and Terminex charge an inspection fee and won’t tell you what products they use so you can check out human and pet friendliness.
I would give Kofi five stars but think I should wait to see if all the pests (and their progeny) are gone.
P. S. Kofi told me to always scrub down everything bought at an estate sale or off craigslist with a sanitizer from Home Depot before moving it into your apartment.

i purchased a LS deal. I had to call several times before he would actually pickup. I felt like his Assistant, he asked me to call him back & txt him my address info. If I understand correctly, I’m the customer here, this guy is asking me to call him back when it’s convenient for him.
Eventually, he did come service the house. The LS deal extended a follow up treatment which I called 10x, txt him, left him vm. Till this day, still no call back to follow up. I will be contacting LS letting them know the poor customer service and lack of response to paying customers.

Kofi was a wonderful technician and I had a great experience with primax. I discovered a mouse in my apartment late on a Monday night around 730 pm. I called primax and they answered the phone and offered to come out at 7am. This made me feel at ease. Kofi came out and did a thorough inspection and identified all possible entry points. He caulked all areas of concern and set numerous traps to be sure. I am very happy with their service and can sleep better knowing that I am mouse free.

Primax Pest control is a very professional company dedicated to meeting customers’ satisfaction. I recommended them to a friend who lives in Arlington VA and he said that that they were prompt in their response. Their prices are always very pocket-​friendly. It’s no wonder that they have expanded so much in the past couple of months. I hear that they just hired some more techs and for us customers, this translates to increased satisfaction! I tried a number of other pest control companies in the past but didn’t get as much satisfaction as Primax offers. They have met up with every single follow-​up service that I was scheduled for. I will definitely continue doing business with them; that’s a given!

It is my second time seeking the help of primax pest control and I am very satisfied with their service. I even referred my friend to them. The technicians are knowledgeable and I find their work ethic is efficient. They make sure all work is done to the customer’s satisfaction. Prices are also very reasonable. I have been under their service for about two years now and my home is pest free. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of pest control in the DMV area.

I purchased a coupon from Primax Pest Control over four weeks ago. I have made several appointments in which the technician has been a no show and a no call. Primax has my money and refuses to follow through with the scheduled appointments. It’s very frustrating as I have a pest problem and have inconvenienced my schedule multiple times to be available when they claim the will show up. A month later the issued is still not resolved and I want my money back.

UPDATED REVIEW: My last review was from a horrible experience I had with Primax. However, since then I have received better service to rectify that by Mr. Kofi, a lead technician at Primax, who personally came to me home and apologized for my experience and reassessed my home. I hope they train all their personnel to be as professional as him in the near future.

Justice from Primax Pest Control did an absolutely amazing job treating our property for honey bees. I called several pest control companies but Primax was the most responsive and professional. Within less than 3 hours of my call Justice showed up, diagnosed the situation, and began treating for the honey bee pests. He was very knowledgeable about the migration patterns of honey bees and was able to tell us exactly what caused their sudden appearance and how to make sure they would not have an opportunity to build a hive. Primax charged a fair price too for the amount of work done. Overall working with Primax, and Justice in particular, was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone for their pest control needs!
