E & G Housekeeping was absolutely a godsend during our move. After moving all our belongings and packing, I had absolutely no desire to clean our small one bedroom rowhome apartment. I researched cleaners extensively and E & G did not disappoint. Xenia, business manager, was extremely flexible and responsive. They were very flexible with our strict moving schedule.
Our two cleaners arrived early and I went through brief instructions. My husband and I left to let them have space to clean. We came home hours later and it is spotless! They had even cleaned and thought of things that we had not. Both my husband and I are mad at ourselves that we didn’t hire a cleaning team before this. We are sonsad that we discovered this wonderful company and service as we are leaving the city. We can’t thank the team at E&G enough for their great work!

My neighbor and I searched long and hard for a thorough house cleaner. E&G is who you need! Xenia, the owner, is very easy to work with and makes sure that your experience is nothing less than perfect. Their prices are very reasonable and it is such a nice treat to finally have someone clean my place. Don’t hesitate to call them. seriously, I am fairly picky and they are very detail oriented.
Also, they bring their own tools and cleaners which was important to me.

These are my go to cleaners. I would highly recommend them. They have keys to my house so they usually come while I’m at work. There is nothing like coming home to a spotless home. I mean SPOTLESS! I usually banish my husband from the kitchen or bathroom areas for a couple of days just to enjoy it.

This is an update of an old, really negative review that I wrote a few years ago when this company was run by different management. A couple weeks ago they read about my terrible experience and reached out to me. They offered to make good for the trouble I had encountered. I gave them a shot and was totally impressed by the management and the cleaning professionals that are currently employed there. The two women who came to clean our apartment were fast and really focused on details. They even made the inside of our microwave sparkle. They couldn’t have been nicer either. I will definitely use them again.

I bought the Groupon for Maid2Be. It was very easy to set up an appointment — I made one for this past Friday, two days before my wedding and a ton of guests. Although our maid was 40 minutes late (understandably it’s hard to park where I live), they did a great job cleaning. They really did go through a comprehensive checklist — cleaning my most important priorities: cabinet facings, baseboards, dusting, etc. I would definitely use them again next time I need a cleaning. It would’ve been a 5 star if they were on time.

There is no doubt that after living in DC for nearly 6 years and working with several cleaning companies in the area, this one is at the top of my list. Francis’ professionalism, punctuality and thoroughness is unmatched by several of the other companies in the area. They are especially affordable and I have been a client for about 6 months now. I have not purchased any coupons for this company, since they are worth every penny under full price. I hate to write a review about how good they are, since they are my best kept secret. :)

I bought a groupon to have my 4 bedroom house cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting before they came, thanks to some filthy roommates, and the ladies at Maid2Be did an amazing job!!! They worked a miracle in the kitchen and bathrooms. They really went above and beyond – in addition to standard cleaning, they washed dishes, made the beds, and organized our clutter. They were also incredibly friendly, polite and efficient.
