Really your telling me this is how you make a milk shake? Maybe if the black guy who was all over the Mexican that was making my milkshake would have got off her ass she would have made it better !! Lucky I couldn’t turn around an get my 3.24 back because I would have thanks for wasting my time.

I had a drink missing from my to-go-order and no way to get back to the shop that day to pick it up. I called in and the Manager Lindsay Carter told me she would take care of it if we came back by replacing the drink as well as refunding the purchase. I called ahead and made sure that offer was valid she remembered who I was and they paid for my entire order!!! Mistakes happen, but how you choose to rectify the mistakes is what matters! Wonderful food and experience over all. Thank you to Marissa Mitchell as well.

I’ve gone here 3 times. First time I was confused and I asked how to order. Usually if you ask you will get told some recommendations or information but no, just pointed and the board. The next 2 times I came in I was not greeted at all, it just seemed like they just want to get your order done quick. It wasn’t even lunch or rush hour or close to closing time. The last time I went in the cashier guy asked me if there’s anything he can do for me(and I was like yes!!) finally someone who was trained well. Overall they should train better because some of these employees look bored.

Great service! They were out of the double chocolate cookie, and the girl baked two just for us. She could have told us to just get one of the other varieties that were already ready, but she made them and delivered them to our table for us. Will definitely come back again.

Loved their Mediterranean flatbread sub. I’d expect something like that from a fancy restaurant at a much higher price. Ordered at the drive-thru, and got my sandwich hot and fresh quick. Being a mediterranean sub, it had hummus, feta cheese, cucumbers, spinach(i.e. lots of hummus and veggies) and also artichoke hearts. Don’t try to eat it while driving as I did coz it’ll drip all over your clothes. And once you take a bite, you’ll want to finish that thing. *drooling*

Stopped by for take out. It was busy on a Thursday during the lunch crowd but still waited a max of 10 minutes. They have a great menu selection of subs, salads and soups. Their sub selections consist of: thin, regular and big. You can choose flatbread, multigrain or white bread. You can also choose from mayo, mustard, pickles, onions, oil, Italian season and lettuce. Their soups consisted of chicken noodle, broccoli and cheese, loaded potato, chicken noodle and lentil, kale and turkey sausage soup. The staff was friendly and the food was amazingly good. I forgot how good pottbellys is. I will definitely come back!

I had the Italian sandwich and loved it. Agree with all of the comments on the peppers. Very spicy but tasty. I got them on the side but ended up adding them to my sandwich. I also got an oatmeal cookie. Worth the $ 1.

They need to regularly check the product in the refrigerator. I bought a soda from there today and didn’t look at the date on the bottle until after I had driven back to my office. It had expired 4 months ago and tasted terrible. I want my two bucks back!

Great, great service here! Recommendations: The Italian is freakin awesome, packed with capicola(Italian pork), mortadella(Italian sausage), salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese; it has become one of my favorite sandwiches to snack on while studying or even when I’m about to take a road trip. The Wreck used to be it for me due to it’s meatiness(salami, roast beef, turkey, & ham), but the Italian has won over my heart recently. What can I say? The heart wants what it wants. You have the option to «Skinny» up any of their ‘wiches for less meat and cheese on thin cut bread as well as choose between white or wheat bread. For size, I have found for me that their regular size sandwiches are pretty ample if you don’t want to be too full, but if you work out regularly or just need to EAT, go for a «Big»! Service: On one occasion recently they were a bit understaffed during one of their slow hours, so I had to wait several minutes even though no one was in front of me in line, but after ordering, she said she wouldn’t let me pay and thanked me for being understanding. That is how you do customer service! Not the fact that it was free, but in their understanding and approach of the situation. I’ll be returning frequently! Quick and delicious sandwiches + occasional live guitarist/singer = Potbelly.

Lunch at this location is tasty, efficient, and quick if you can make it in the door. This location shares a parking lot with Pei Wei and a drive– through Starbucks, so the parking lot can be very hectic at peak times. I deducted a full star for that reason. Now to the food, it’s the same menu as other Potbelly locations, abs the ingredients always taste fresh. If you eat beef, try the roast beef and provolone regular sized all the way on wheat($ 4.80) or the toast beef skinny pair with broccoli and cheese soup($ 6.80). I save a couple of bucks($ 2⁄2.20) by passing on the fountain drinks and opting for a water cup, or treat yourself a shake for only $ 2.90.

I really like this shop! Potbelly is one of my favorite chain sandwich shops, and this particular store helps keep it at the top of my list! The Collins exit in Arlington is the perfect mid point for my commute from Dallas to Ft. Worth, so I stop at the Starbucks next door pretty frequently. On occasion, I have a couple of minutes to grab a quick lunch, and sometimes I stop next door to the Potbelly shop! The décor is awesome and unique. I don’t know how to describe the style exactly, but it’s pretty eclectic and I love the booths! Along with the interior, they have a large patio with plenty of tables in the front in case the weather is nice and you want to enjoy your meal outside. Now, to the sandwiches themselves! I always order either the Mediterranean or the Tuna on wheat… great stuff! The ingredients are all fresh and on point. The tuna is made to perfection. The hummus on the Mediterranean is tasty too! I have no complaints about their food! The part that really puts this establishment at the top of my list are the hot peppers!!! I LOVE spicy foods, and to top off my sandwich with those peppers is the icing on the cake!(To be honest, even if the sandwich wasn’t that good, the peppers would make it totally edible for me). Along with their sandwiches, Potbelly has a great variety of chips(Zapps!!!), cookies, and beverages to go along with your meal! The good food, the good atmosphere, and the always-friendly service that I get when I come here makes this a regular stop for me when I have time to grab a sandwich.

Great chicken salad sandwich. Fresh Broccoli cheese soup. I love the little side of jalapeño peppers they give you. The food is inexpensive fresh and made to order fast. Would recommend this location. They also have great shakes and a little cookies that they put on top are good. My wife loves the salads which are also always fresh.

I was nearby on Collins the other day and had stopped into Potbelly for quite a while. I order the regular sized Italian and a chocolate malt. The sandwich was filling and the chocolate malt decadent. YUM! I love Potbelly’s Italian peppers! They’re the perfect addition to any sandwich.

It’s usually a 5 Star Rating BUT, that all changed today! Ordered online, paid online, sent one of my guys to pick it up. Seems simple right? Wrong! They sent him away without the Smoothie! Not good! I called the them and stated what happened & I got this response, «Well, I guess he can come back and get it.» Not I’m sorry or anything of the sort. I hang up. My same guy goes back there and She said to tell«ME» that I was rude! There needs to be some SERIOUS Customer Service Training here! I won’t be back to this Potbelly’s! I’ve Never had these issues at any other Potbelly’s in North Texas.

I’m not a huge sandwich shop fan, because I think they all overcharge for what you get. BUT, of all the different chain-style sandwich places I’ve been to, I like Potbelly the best. I usually get a Wreck with a little bit of everything, plus a drink and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. That’s what I had on my recent visit to the location on Collins and it was great, just as I remembered it being from the last time I went to the one in Addison a few years back. If there were a Potbelly in the Saginaw/Lake Worth area, I would probably go there on a semi-regular basis. But, messing with downtown Fort Worth(the closest location to me) just isn’t worth it «for a sandwich.»

I love going here for a good sandwich. I usually get the tuna salad on skinny wheat or the Skinny Turkey Sandwich. I usually add the hot peppers to my sandwich. Their hot peppers are AMAZING. I recently ordered the turkey sandwich and was just amazed on how yummy it was. The bread was not dry at all. If you’re in a mood for a good sandwich go here. Also if you’re in a mood for a shake, this is the place to get it. I’ve gotten the strawberry shake here before and it was really tasty.

After some research, I see there are Potbellys sprinkled across the US and that it is not the cute, local joint I thought it was at first glance. However, it is a winner. I had my staple that I get at any restaurant: the grilled chicken sandwich. Now, not to brag or anything, but I am a grilled chicken sandwich connoisseur. It is my favorite sandwich, and it takes something extremely enticing to lure me away from it. And Potbelly’s sandwich made my cut of good sandwiches. It was served warm. The vegetables and topping all tasted fresh. The bread was soft but lightly toasted and yummy. The restaurant atmosphere was perfect for a lunch café, with cute booths and tables. It may not be a local gem, but it was a good find nonetheless and only a hop, skip and a jump away from my front door. I’ll be back many times for sure.

Very good sandwiches. Never had a bad one here. I like the peppers on my sandwich. They are toasted very much like Quizno is. But I like potbelly’s better. Sometime they have live music which make them trying hard to be hip.
