Look, this place looks like it gets alot of hate. I’ve been coming here for a good 6 years now and it’s fine to me. Yea you gotta watch them with your orders but don’t you really have to everywhere? I haven’t once had big issues with this location and the Manager during the day(she’s been there a while now) is always friendly and helpfull to anyone who has a problem. The orders always come out pretty quick inside and through the drive-thru. I am a fan of this location and will keep coming here as long as I’m working in the area.

This location is absolutely terrible!!! I keep trying to give them a chance but EVERY time I go they mess it up. To top it off they don’t care either! I called up there when they messed up my order and they laughed at me! I mean how hard is it to get an order right and not be a jerk! I have even called corporate many times because this location is just that bad! It sucks because I really enjoy their food but the service is a joke! I wouldn’t be surprised if they are messing up the orders on purpose. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!

There should be negative stars. This place is dirtier than a roadside restaurant in the Chinese countryside. Every table dirty. Trash overflowing everywhere, even stuffed into napkin holders where drinks are. Freezing inside on a 38 degree day. After I ordered I asked for heat to be turned up and was told it was broken. How about a sign stating this fact on the front door so customers can decide for themselves if they want to eat here? Nice girl at the register. Shouldn’t have to take all the crap from the customers for a manager that was essentially missing in action.

5 stars for taste of food! 1 star for everything else! Unhelpful(thou well meaning) staff — insanely slow!!! Freezing in dining area(saw heat set at 62 degrees and that is how it felt) soooooooooo slow unreal how slow it is — I can’t comprehend how these employees are capable of making such delicious food — I think a lot of Popeyes are like this they must not pay there employees or management well

Did not get what I ordered. Didn’t realize until I got home. When I called the number on the receipt for comments(817−801−1541), I got a fax line. If you order from the drive thru, check EVERYTHING

I’ve visited this location a lot the past couple of years since I work near there and have never had a complaint with their customer service. My food usually comes out promptly and they get my order right. I haven’t experienced any unexpected fees or upcharges. The cleanliness of the place is about average for a chain. The chicken I consider quite good in comparison to KFC or Church’s but your mileage may vary.

This restaurant does not open until 10:30. I asked her for a print out of the weekly special before I ordered and at first the headset wearing cashier acted like she didn’t understand me? Then she said she didn’t have one. When I ordered the Red Beans and Rice she never said that there would be an up charge! I didn’t even take the drink and she wrote down 22 oz Strawberry? I ordered the Monday Special $ 3.99. I happened to look down at my bill and saw I had been charged .30 for 3 honeys that I didn’t ask for, nor did I receive. I told the headset wearing cashier and she told me that was the only way she could upcharge me for the Red Beans and Rice on the Monday special? She told me that there is something written on the sigh(in fine print} under the $ 3.99 about a mashed potato substitute. I looked at the menu and prices of the sides were all $ 1.99? The special ended up costing me $ 4.63 with tax. The spicy chicken is much better than KFC. It is a shame the staff here likes to play 52 fake out!

I will make this short and sweet, I don’t like it. I’ve gone to this establishment once, and do not plan to visit again. I purchased chicken tenders, and when I opened the box, my feelings were so hurt. I had little chicken pieces, and they didn’t bother to compensate for the pieces that didn’t even qualify as, tenders. I also ordered a bag of ice for .99 cents. I was so shocked to see, they packed the ice into a small grocery bag and expected us to accept such low class service. Who does that?! I have no idea where that bag had been. Any restaurant that would serve their guests with such little regard, will never get my business.

First & last time i placed a simple order a spicy breast & biscuit with water i go to da restroom to wash up my order wrong they charge me on my card & not willing to correct it the manager in da back cooking never concerned about the situation da cashier speaks no english come on most jobs here require us to know some spanish they should have to know english we’re in america not mexico i didnt even get a simple apology they basically told me i gotta eat it or trash it they also messed my friend order up after repeating it 3 times omg this place wow is always empty i hated it
