I just want to say this is the best customer service auto parts store in our area. They always go above and beyond with their desire to help. My 85 year old Dad needed a battery for his car and they not only sold him the correct battery but installed it for him. I want to give Matt a real shout out. My 81 year old Mother had a head light out. Not only did he sell her the appropriate bulb, but he went out side and installed it in her 2003 Mercury. He would not accept a tip and made sure the bulb worked then reinstalled the parts that had to be removed in order to get to the bulb. This is the kind of service this store offers. I am very grateful and will be a patron every chance I get. Thank you Matt and whoever trained you. Your a champion.

I stopped in today to grab some oil and the staff helped me instantly when I walked in the door. They were helpful and then backed off. They weren’t breathing down my shoulders or trying to upswell me.

O’Reilly is way better than Autozone, at least this one is better than the autozone next to it. I don’t get stared at or given attitude when I walk in here to buy anything. The guys here just smile and sell me what I ask for. As a female I appreciate that. I can understand it may not be as common for women to do so, but I always get treated like I don’t know my shit at autozone. When I walk in covered in oil and ask for a rack and pinion, don’t ask me if I’m sure that’s what I need or «where is your husband». O’Reilly doesn’t. They say, sure I’ll take your $ 400 bucks and let me carry that out to the truck for you! It definitely helps that they have a woman employee here, Liz. Maybe that’s why I get exceptional service. Besides that, they are cheaper than Autozone and I have never had to wait on a part– it seems they always have what I need in stock at one of the two stores in South Arlington. Suck it Autozone.
