Made an appointment there to see Dr O’Hara, and waited 80 minutes before just getting up and leaving. These people are as unprofessional as it gets. The doctor could be a great doctor, but nobody will know as his office staff is rude and unorganized.

Waited for 50 minutes. No one who worked there could explain why. The waiting room temperature was set at 80. No one who worked there could explain why. After 50 minutes I was placed into a small exam in room for15 more minutes. The nurse could not take my blood pressure because the arm wrap around thing was so old it kept falling off… no velcro. The Doctor leaves the impression he would rather be somewhere else, which made two of us. His bedside manner lacks and I’m being kind.
