We ordered 2 medium chocolate chip frappé to go. We got home and sipped a few times, there were small clear plastic in our frappé. I tried calling them and no answer. We just threw them away. I hope nobody gets sick. This place looks unsanitary. The employees are rude. Even the manager is not friendly. The door opens inward. It’s a clear violation of the fire code. I wonder how it passed the inspection.

Bottom line up front — I’ve finally had it with this particular McDonalds; I’ll take the slightly longer drive to any number of other eateries nearby. That is, until the McRib comes out and it’s siren call bids me return. I’ll not go out of my way to beat up on McDonald’s for the food — is it the worst on Earth? Maybe not, but I’ve never been force fed broken glass, so I’d rather not have to make the comparison. Point is — it’s a McDonalds. So why the bad rating? The service here is abominable. Having been here several times in the last few months at multiple different serving times(breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night) I have experienced — on average — a 10 to 20 minute wait. Yes, average 15 minutes, for McDonalds. A quarter of an hour for a meal from a restaurant that is synonymous with the moniker«fast food.» This in itself is pretty terrible, but there is more. On every occasion, at least one of the soda dispensers have been out(almost always blue powerade; I’m not sure what«Mountain Rush» is supposed to taste like in nature, but I’d enjoy the opportunity to find out.) The sauce station is out of ketchup — frequently. And yes, I am one of those gross people who put ketchup on just about everything, so it’s a big deal. The place isn’t super clean, either(but again — it’s a McDonalds.) Possibly the most annoying is the the staff stands behind the counter carrying on conversations with people that walk in — while I am still waiting an inordinate amount of time for a single combo to be served to me. Since the place is small, it fills up with all sorts of other poor sods who are stuck waiting forever for their food(or are there to converse with the staff.) A previous commenter had marked about the Spanish — yeah, it’s pretty true. It’s not really a big deal for me, but if you are a vicious bigot, I imagine it would really rub you the wrong way.

It’s the local Spanish McDonalds. Everyone that comes here speaks Spanish and so does the staff. Also you have to ask for a receipt. Don’t expect them to give it to you. It’s a small McDonald’s and it’s nothing to write home about. There is no drive through and it feels cramped. The place is meant for walking in, order and get out. If you want to speak Spanish then go at it! Not my top choice of McDonald’s but since it’s close to work I will go to get food for my coworkers. I wouldn’t go for myself! Something about the place turns me off…
