I’ve been going to this bar for two years now and it’s awesome!!! It is a hole in the wall bar and it’s a little smokey. Natalie is absolutely the best server/​bartender you can have. James is also amazing and once he gets to know you will tell you funny stories. Mostly regulars on Sunday through Thursday, although some Thursdays can get busy. Fridays and Saturdays can get pretty packed. The food is is fantastic with extremely reasonable prices, the Cheesesteak Burrito is my personal favorite. The drinks of course are famously (or infamously) cheap so it’s the PERFECT place for a group of friends to go out. I’m in my late twenties and would say I’m one of the youngest people in the bar but I wouldn’t have it any other way. There is tons of things to do, Karaōke nights start at 8:00PM Tuesday through Sunday, Jamie is DJ. There are a few darts boards to play darts, two pool tables, shuffle board and a few arcades as well. Darts and shuffle board is free. There is plenty of TV’s around the bar where they play different sports at a time. If you’re looking for a place with a fun atmosphere Mac’s is your bar!!!

This bar is awesome! James the bartender is incredible! He always makes sure we have whatever we need. Can’t say enough about the staff. Natalie is greatness! Jamie the karaōke dj is the best! Was actually the dj at my wedding! If you’re looking for hole in the wall bar with great people, pool, darts, and karaōke that doesn’t allow moronic millennials to ruin your night with their vaping and screaming, this is your place!

This place double charged my card, I understand these things happen at restaurants and bars; however they did not care about the mistake! I called multiple times to get the issue resolved, but 2 bartenders and 1 manager (& 2 weeks later) all told me they will inform the owner so he can resolve the situation. I never received a call back and had to contact my bank to help… I find that ridiculous! Terrible place with unprofessional owner.

It was my first time at Macs. Started out with tons of fun with friends and Kareoke. We are all past AND current service industry. We were having tons of fun singing and cheering on everyone that sang. After awhile the bartender JAMES started spraying some of my friends and I with the squirt gun. After the first time I told him I knew we weren’t great singers but asked him not to spray us. He continues to spray us again. I then went back to the bar and then VERY nicely told him we were service industry, we loved this bar, wanted to come back, and asked that he wouldn’t spray too far that it would get us wet. He replied with «then maybe you shouldn’t yell WOO so loud» (in a very mockingly and rude manner). I said «it’s a bar, and we are simply cheering on our friends that are singing.» I myself am a bartender and have been for 4 years and have never seen or would do something like this in my life. He is ridiculously unprofessional and rude. Not to mention horrible for your business. We intended on coming back WEEKLY bc we live up the street. And now we won’t. If you care about your business you should read this message and take it to heart. I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years and have never given or experienced this type of horrible service. If you want your business to servive than take this message into consideration. Because we won’t be back.

Bartender is great! Went there for karaōke. KJ told me I could sing about 1:30. Didn’t sing. 2^nd time now. Won’t go again. KJ is crap.

Your bar suck. Been standing in line for 20 min and the line isn’t even moving. Big event? Plan for it. I hope nothing is ever held here.

So I found this place by chance. I was at a bar next door that was a run down crap place and got on Unilocal because I was hungry (new years eve) this place was right next door. So the place I was at had no food a feiend and I decided to come over here and get some food to go to bring nack with us. the people in there seemed very friendly and the two bartenders were very nice and helpful suggesting good stuff gave us party favors and even took photos for us. I wanted something filling and they said the philly was really good so I ordered that to go. When we got back to the crap bar we were spending the evening I opened my box to find a big burrito I was so sad I was really ready for that philly. I was hungry so I was just going to eat it after a bite I realized it was a philly sheeste steak burrito and the best one I have ever ever had. I guess I didnt see tje option to have it as a burrito or on bread. so amazing would def go back just for that. Thank you

My gps took me the back way so I was pleasantly surprised when I found civilization again. Hole in the wall comfortable bar. Darts, pool, wifi, and good service. Tom the bartender apparently has been through hell and back. This is an excellent local watering hole. Did I mention karaōke Tue-​Sat?

Mac’s Tavern is a great local bar & grill near the Entertainment District of Arlington, TX. It has great food and drink specials but it is «almost» famous for its Karaōke nights and crazy entertainment from its patrons Tue-​Sat from 9:30 — 1:45A with DJ Jamie (@SDIJamesHolland). Always supporting the local sporting events, Mac’s also has games, pool, darts and shuffleboard! A lot if fun just about anytime you go, and the bartenders are awesome with pouring the drinks and providing great service. As a patron myself I’m a little biased, but it’s always a great time and I’d recommend it to anyone I know and I often bring friends for an evening of Karaōke. The best way I can describe the feel, is its like Cheers… Everybody knows your name. Enjoy!
