Amazing work… I cannot possibly think of a single criticism.
Every visit over my 15 month timespan was met with a lovely and professional staff who were always friendly and polite. I had extensive crowding and required a lot of work.
I don’t usually write reviews, and when I do it is usually under dissatisfied circumstances. After concluding my ortho work with Dr. Thariani, I felt compelled to let others know how pleased I am. Choosing a good orthodontist is essential for getting the results you dream off and there are so many to choose from.
If you choose to use Dr. Thariani as your orthodontist, I believe you will be 100% satisfied.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thariani’s for about a year. I can honestly say, that I love my orthodontist. From the moment I walked into his office, he laid out two different treatment plans for me. One that was going to require surgery, and one that wasn’t. He told me in a matter of fact, professional way that there was the right way to handle my situation, and then there was an «ok» way to handle it. The right way is to get the surgery on my jaw, which I had already been told by another orthodontist. Sometimes, it takes hearing something more than once to let it sink in.
From the moment you check into your appointment, and the assistants take you back you feel as though you are their number one priority. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. T and his staff. They are professional and courteous.
I haven’t had the same experience with the financial aspect of the business. In fact, when I came in, I signed an agreement, and I have been paying it monthly as agreed upon. Dr. T consistently gets great reviews in the Washingtonian Magazine and he’s a great doctor who will listen to you questions, concerns, and work with you. Ultimately he wants what you want, a healthy and attractive smile!

I give five stars to their medial services and zero star to their management, especially financial management. The financial lady is rude from day one and I did not realized that is the sign for a series of irresponsible acts. She does not work to ensure good communication and smooth financial transactions; the way she works just make you feel it is a rip off. Eventually, we got into a financial dispute due to her fault and she is the worst service person I have ever seen in the past five years. To make it worse, her supervisors including Dr. Thariani took a very passive role in resolving the issue. I ended up terminating my invisalign plan with them.
I understand they are really really sweet to children but children do not need to deal with financials and in fact parents are willing to pay anything for their children’s happiness now. For adults out there who are interested in having braces, we need to know that It turns out that financials are often a problem with orthodontists, so be prepared – I know, it is hard, because most of us do not have prior experience of wearing braces and that is why we are seeing a doctor now. You need to know exactly what you want, need, and have to go through before you walk into this clinic, otherwise you will be frustrated, especially financially.

Best orthodonitst & employees! I’ve been goingto Dr. Thariani (everyone calls him Dr. T) for 8 months. I don’t like going to dental offices, but this I actually look forward to going to Dr. T’s office! There’s always a DVD playing in their reception area (I wish they don’t call me back so quickly) and always some fun game going on in the office. They all seem to have fun working there. Oh yeh, their summer picnic is fantastic!
