.The Goodtimes Chorus is a Men’s a cappella chorus based in Arlington, Texas. We’ve been around since 1962, spreading four part harmony and good times in the Dallas/​Fort Worth Metroplex. We also have chapter barbershop quartets or smaller ensembles which entertain at smaller engagements. They are available for your dinner party, or birthday or anniversary celebration. We also deliver singing Valentines.

History

Established in 1960.

The Goodtimes Chorus is a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, formerly known as the S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A., in the highly competitive Southwest District of Champions. We’ve been around for many years, spreading four part harmony and good times in the Dallas/​Fort Worth Metroplex.

We have won many awards through the years, and we focus on improving our chorus each year. It’s both lots of fun and lots of hard work, as we strive to be the best we can be. We welcome men who like to sing. It is not necessary to have a wonderful voice (although that would be nice) or to have years of choral experience. You should be enthusiastic and able to carry a tune. We meet each Tuesday evening at Epworth United Methodist Church, Arlington, TX.
