Taco Bell

I wanted to get a taco 12 pack for me and a few friends and also wanted to add sour cream to all of them. The employee taking my order nearly had a fit over the intercom trying to tell me how I should reword my order to suit her. I don’t think add sour cream to that invites such ridiculous behavior.

I ordered two tacos then stood around for fifteen minutes waiting for them. I complained to the manager and asked for my money back and she said she would get my order to me quickly. She obviously wasn’t listening to what I said. I DID NOT receive my order, nor did I get my money back and finally had to leave the store because I was so pissed off. They do not take care of their customers concerns. AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This Taco Bell literally has the nicest workers and the best food! Well, we all know Taco Bell is a guaranteed visit to the toilet but the food is pretty good. I usually go in the wee hours of the early morning/​late night, and the food is still good and fresh! I definitely recommend this to college students or anyone looking to have a quick bite on a budget.

I love taco bell and today I had a major craving on my bad day… I just want to express how nice the drive tru girl was her name was fantasia j as it says on my receipt, your customer service was very kind and direct I really wish I’d experience more of your bubbly attitude every where I go to eat because you made me smile:) I am not from Texas actually from Hawaii and that’s what we would consider aloha spirit back home Thank you dear!!!@

When they flush at Taco Casa it ends up here.

Says they are open till 3 am on Friday and Saturdays but just went at 2:35 and they closed!

I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. I love this Taco Bell! Sometimes I stop here on my way home from UTA to grab a bite to eat. I’ve never been inside, but the drive thru is always fast and efficient. All of the people who work there are really nice, and they always get my order correct. Not to mention, I also recently learned that they have a student discount if you go to UTA!

I absolutely love taco bell, but I hate when I go to one an there absolutely inconsistent. I love the nacho chz chaulupa an Chk quesadillas but only if they put the right sauces on it !

Since I go to UTA and live closeby, this is the closest food place and also it opens late night so I can make a trip after long library hours; but for few reasons I am bound to give this place a 1-​star (would have given 0 if I could).
Let’s start the review:
1. As written by other reviewers, the burrito fell apart ⁹⁄₁₀ times.
2. There is never a napkin or spoon in the bag.
3. Waited 18 whole mins in line last night (this was 3^rd time within a month it happened), would have got gourmet food with that much wait time. (if you think a costumer might take that long, tell them to wait in parking lot and go give their order, don’t make us wait that long to get an order of $ 5.31)
4. Very unprofessional and mannerless employees (please forgive me, there might be good employees too, but ⁸⁄₁₀ times I have not been treated well).
5. Last but not least, the food is very unpredictable. Sometimes it’s hot enough, sometimes it’s not, sometimes it looks appealing and sometimes you don’t even feel like eating just by looking at it.
Best strategy: — AVOID if you could!

I wish they would educate their workers on how to make a burrito… ⁷⁄₁₀ times my burritos are falling apart when I unwrap the wrapper.
For this reason I stopped coming.

We can relate night food here. I like the chalupa s. I used to love their taco salads, but «They don’t make them like they used to».

Pizza and taco. Hmm. Good. Pizza of ur caring pizza. Taco of ur craving taco. Craving burgers? GTFO. Pizza and tacos only. I love crunchy tacos. Chalupas are my all time fave. I cant tell which one is which. Baja. Supreme. But oh well. Down one hole out the other. I hate their tostada. But that’s my opinion. I’m not a fan of refried beans. as for pizza. Not a big selection. If u want a big selection. Go to pizza hut n wait. They got personal pan pizzas. Ooooo they got bread sticks. Gotta love bread sticks!

Update: My original review was pretty scathing… and I mostly stand by it. However, for some reason we ended up here again and the people behind the counter were nice enough to give my kids Cinnamon Twists without accepting the offered cash… it was a pretty nice thing to do. For that, I give them another star on account of the customer service.

I hit the drive thru on the way to second job from time to time. Always get my order correct and fast. You should know what to expect from this chain.
