Cole-Haan Co Store

After days of questionable customer service, it was very refreshing to come to Cole Haan and receive the kind of patience, flexibility, and attention I was given.
I really loved a just-​released lamb’s leather coat that I had seen in Cole Haan Chevy Chase, so I popped into the Pentagon City store to check it out again. The manager who helped me, Cherie, was amazing. She had me try on the jacket in both colors, and then when I asked if it came in black, she did some serious detective work on my behalf.
Turns out there is a black version of the coat, but it was only released to a few stores in the country. She located one in Boston, had it sent to my house with overnight free shipping, and held the brown version at the Pentagon City store in case I didn’t like the black. Hello! Wonderful service. Finally a manager who believes in her product, is extremely familiar with the merchandise, and is totally nice.
(Side note: this jacket is AHmazing. Run while they’re still available. Seriously)
I’m beginning to believe that the adage «you get what you pay for» applies just as much to the retail service and buying experience as it does to the products themselves. Cole Haan is decidedly quality– AND it’s still less expensive than many designers.

Nice sales person helped me searching for a gift. He basically showed me all the options… waited patiently when I made my decision.
