Clean All Laundromat & Dry Cleaner

I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the price I paid, and the customer service. I had three items dry cleaned and a backpack repaired. The work was perfect and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely go back.

Such great service! The owner was super nice and accommodating. I work late and this is the only dry cleaner I trust that is open late. Awesome prices and even better service!

I don’t know where the positive reviews for the laundromat came from but having been to this laundromat based on the reviews, my sense is that they are not completely genuine and/​or straight up fake. the larger machine that I needed to use and others were so moldy and in general the place seemed rather neglected that I walked right out after looking around a bit. I drove my laundry to Mama’s Laundromat — much cleaner, bigger, and better lit, and the people at the front desk are super helpful.
update: Mr. M, I received your email and appreciated that you seemed to have taken my feedback seriously — although one would hope it wouldn’t take a bad Unilocal review for you to keep your machines decently clean, especially considering their purpose is to clean other things. I did get your invite but did not want to come back to try again because 1) that was the second visit I had made to your laundromat, maybe a year after the first, and had found the same thing both times and 2) I drove out of my way to come there both times in hopes of finding a notably clean and well maintained facility based on the Unilocal reviews I read. I had forgotten the name of your facility by the second time and it wasn’t until I drove up again that I realized it was the same one I had visited a year earlier and had walked out of, and I was disappointed to find the same lack of cleanliness again, hence I felt a review was deserved. I’m just not swayed enough to want to go out of my way a third time (not to mention I haven’t needed to use a large washer since my last review) when there are other laundromats closer. But if in fact you did make the changes you claim, I’m glad you’ve posted them for other Unilocalers to read; hopefully that will encourage other Unilocalers to try you out and you will draw in the additional business from residents near you that you deserve if you maintain that standard.
that said, just because you invite a reviewer back doesn’t mean you should expect the reviewer to oblige nor does it invalidate the posted review, which reflected my experience — not just once, but twice.
lastly, mama’s laundromat is not 25 miles away nor in Alexandria as you falsely state. the address is 5918 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22 041 — under 2 and a half miles away.
I stand by my review and recommendation for Mama’s Laundromat which has consistently earned my business. If I do come back to you in the future and find things to be different I will change my review at that time. I wish you the best of luck in your business.

The prices are great! The people who run it are so nice. The man greeted me with professionalism and ask for any feedback after I got the clothes. Like I said, the prices and cannot be beat.

I’ve learned the cliché in business school that «it takes a lifetime to earn one’s business, and seconds to lose it…» Nothing could be further than the truth, only, this business was the opposite: took them a short time to earn my utmost loyal business! These days, it can be hard to find a good business, with a hard working entrepreneur behind the wheel, providing excellent AND friendly service. But, not just excellent service – personal service at no added cost.
After catching the metro after a loooong day at work, nothing unsual, only this time, I realized that I just missed my window to pick up much needed dry cleaning for work the next day. I called frantically, and wouldn’t you know, someone answered. They were clearly closed, but the owner offered to meet me at the shop to let me pick up my uniform – the one day of the week that I actually had to wear them. I was overcome with relief! Moreover, I was overcome with the satisfaction that the owner was willing to go out of his way. This is clearly a testament of someone who genuinely cares for his customers and a proud business owner. I offered to pay extra for inconveniencing him, but he refused to take the extra money.
I have always been pleased with this business, this situation is out of the ordinary, but clearly the best customer service I have had in recent memory. I have not only dry cleaned my clothes here, but have also taken my suits to get tailored. They have always done a great job, and I needed quite a few things altered because I transitioned from wearing a uniform daily to having to wear business suits. If you need timely, quality, and more importantly, friendly customer service for your dry cleaning, laundering, and alterations needs, then look no further. They have surely made a loyal customer out of me.

Clean All was a small laundromat but has a fair number of machines for the size of the crowd that was there. I had to wash two king-​sized comforters, that were too big for my washer. The large capacity washers were $ 5 a load and I think the dryers were $ 1.25 for 30 minutes. All in all, the place wasn’t fancy, it looks a little rough around the edges. But the machines worked very well and I was in and out quickly.

I’ve lived in the area for 2 years now, and tried just about every dry cleaner within a mile of this place. I’m sticking with this one. The staff are among the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at any business in the DC area. They’re quick, they do a good job, and the prices are very reasonable.

Great cleaners with same day wash and fold service!!! Great prices, they even take apple pay!!!

The Gateway Westyn hotel we are staying in doesn’t have self serve laundry. This place was a mile taxi ride down the street. It is clean, bright, has cold air conditioning and the attendant has been exceptionally nice. It is $ 3. for a large washer load and $ 1.25 to dry for 30 mins. My husband was nervous for me to go by myself but I feel safe. This is not a seedy part of town.

Eh… does the job, but it’s just creepy. The front door is shattered, lovely. It’s clean… ish, but can’t wait to get outta here.

After moving into an apartment in Arlington, I decided to give Clean All a try. My building only has 2 washers and dryers and is constantly in use. Anyway, this place has it all from a super friendly attendent, to great dry-​cleaning prices, to a very clean washing area.
Would highly recommend.
Only downside is it is a little small or else definitely 5 stars.

By far well worth the trip and cost! The staff is friendly, helpful, sincere and listens well. It’s 1.79/lb for them to wash, dry and fold your clothes. They put them folded in a large bag tied on top for easy carrying. They clean everything! The only real issue is parking. It’s mostly street. They have a small lot. Wash and Fold service has shorter hours than the laundry mat they run. Address says Wilson, but the dry cleaner entrance is really on Florida, which is a narrow street.

The laundromat was filthy and not clean. However, the bathroom was in pristine order. The laundry machines were some what clean but needed a once over.
overall, the laundry was done and I wad pleased.
Recommendation.. fix some of the loose wires and clean up some of the old wiring rats nest throughout the building.

My washing machine died last week, so this is my second visit to Arlington Clean All.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and are quick to offer suggestions on which machine is right for your load and how much detergent to use.
The machines themselves are all commercial quality and in great working order. It’s a little tight moving around at times, but not uncomfortable. They have a chance machine, a table to fold your clothes, and rolling baskets to move them around easily.
Hope to get my machine replaced soon, but I have to admit it’s pretty convenient to do like 7 loads at once!

Every week I bring in loads of clothes for wash and dry cleaning and the come back ready to be worn. My clothes that go in for wash and fold come back clean and organized saving me lots of time. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is great.
The store is off right off Wilson Boulevard and you need to pay attention to find it, but when you do it’s totally worth it.

You’ll probably miss this place the first time you drive by it. It’s on Florida Ave, behind the 24 Watch & Clockworks.

It did the job until I fixed my washing machine.

Service was great and helpful. I was an idiot and put my quarters in before my laundry and the machine locked and started. The employee gave me another $ 5 to start a new machine. Now that’s customer service!

This Laundromat is very good! It is quite continent from the Hyatt Arlington ($ 11 taxi). The machines are brand new and cost around $ 3 per a wash. Also you can buy boxes of detergent to help with the wash for $ 1. There are also dryers and men’s shirt dry clean for as little as $ 1.49. Furthermore the free wifi connection is really fast, and is which I am writing an uploading this review.

First time at this Laundromat! This place is awesome! Sonia is very friendly and their service is amazing! The machines are big and excellent price to wash bed covers! I’ll certainly coming back!
