Many dogs are cooped up during the week while their human is at work and then cooped up again on Saturday going to the groomer. We open at 7:30am and close at 6:30pm on weekdays. Drop your pooch off for a bath or grooming and we will keep him until you are on your way home from work. When the weekend comes, you and your canine pal will have plenty of time to hit the dog park. What a treat!

We are open on Sunday, too. Why not drop off on your way to church?

History

Established in 2013.

Some people express themselves by giving. At the Hound Hut where she was working, customers over and over again were shocked to find out that Billie wasn’t the owner. They commented that most employees don’t give so deeply of themselves for the benefit of their boss. Billie explained that she loved what she was doing. After hearing, «Girl, you should be doing this for yourself, my dog loves you,» one too many times Billie Blize, formerly of the Hound Hut, decided to take that advice.

The idea behind Bow Wow Billie’s Bathing and Grooming is simple: Big chains charge WAY too much. Every owner should be able to afford to care for his dog. At Bow Wow Billie’s it is Win/​Win for everyone. Pet owners get a fair price and Billie gets to be like a doggy aunt. She can love on your pet and then send him home.

OMG!!! I am ecstatic to find this groomer!!! My Schnauzer is 17 years old and very skittish and I have had a very hard time finding any groomer who will take the time to groom her. My husband found them using her reviews and couldn’t find better! Their customer service is awesome, the shop is clean and very cute and the grooming service was perfect, Billie took her time and was very patient. These ladies obviously are animal lovers and I felt extremely comfortable leaving my precious baby with them .Thank you so much for everything ladies!

Our 13 year-​old collie, Daisy, was in desperate need of a good grooming. Billie and her staff did a great job on Daisy! I had a bad grooming experience once before with another groomer and the wife was not happy with the result. She was very happy this time! We look forward to a return visit soon.

After having my dog almost killed at Petsmart (I’m not exaggerating, she was rushed to the vet unconscious & took about a week to recover), I had to find a good groomer I could trust. Bow Wow Billies was great. My dog was groomed perfectly, price was great, & best yet, she was happy & healthy. Staff was awesome & very compassionate. This is now our groomer & I couldn’t be happier!

Billie is so very obviously an animal lover! She listens intently to instruction and follows through! She takes such good care of my spoiled rotten Pekingese mix rescue! Rory always comes home smelling beautiful and, adorned with a cute bandana. I won’t go anywhere else!

We look our two dogs here for baths for this first time today. One is a 100 lb great pyr who has a habit of barking at other dogs (a lot) while he’s on a leash because he is nervous. The other is a border collie mix who, since the day we adopted her, has been a very nervous and scared pup around strangers. For these reasons, we were very nervous to leave them in the hands of strangers! From the minute the dogs were dropped off, Billie and the staff knew exactly how to take care of them in the most loving way possible! They assured us that our pups would be in good hands. We came back later to our clean, fluffy pups who were in great moods and happy!!! We will certainly be taking our pups back here again! (Not to mention… GREAT prices!!!)

I took my dogs here. Although the service was great, for some reason I was charged tax on my grooming services. In the state of Texas grooming is not considered a taxable service. I also have groomed my dogs all over the Arlington area and never seen an option to tip the groomer. I ended spending almost $ 100 to groom my two small dogs under 15 pounds. So overall I am not sure I will be back.

This place was amazing! My husband and I were visiting family with our little fur baby and with all the rain and mud, she was starting to look rough. She definitely needed to see a groomer ASAP. My sister and mother mentioned how wonderful this place was. Let’s just say it was more wonderful than they could have even let on. Billie was super friendly and welcoming, the prices were unbeatable and my girl came out sparkling. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a groomers. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for the best price with customer service/​pet care that’s a million times better than any hi end pet salon. I picked up a senior pekingese from the pound that was in really bad shape visually from obvious neglect. Billie sounded like a really compassionate animal lover and seemed genuinely concerned to have Willow feel better asap so she fit me in the very first thing the next morning even though she was obviously extremely busy (my observation when i dropped Willow off) and for good reason. the transformation was unbelievable. Her team is talented.
It was wonderful to witness his demeanor immediately change after his visit to Billie’s. he obviously knew this was a fresh start in every aspect. I also want to thank Billie and her staff for the kindness and patience they exhibited with dealing with Willow (who was very agitated and difficult to handle. it was apparent he had never seen a groomer before). I also appreciate the discount that Billie has for fosters.
I had Cody’s Friends rescue update Willow’s adoption pictures immediately after and he was adopted by the perfect forever home 2 weeks later! All thanks to Bow Wow Billie’s help! Amazing staff and customer service. Watching them interact with all the doggies showed me how they treated every single one like family. I’ll never take my fosters anywhere else.

It’s always very hard to leave your baby with someone else, and no I’m not talking about a real baby. My dogs to me are like my kids.
Some people don’t agree with that but those of us who have pets know that’s a true statement. I had been taking my puppy to pets mart for them to give him a bath, clean and trim his nails. All was good until he was about 40 lbs. the groomer started writing on her notes that my boy was being a bit aggressive. Never had this problem in the past so why now?
Same groomer, same place. Nothing had really changed instead he was bigger. That being said I try to see what the problem was so I started looking for another grooming place.
My wife looked this place up and according to the reviews it was a no brainer. We decided to try them out. First time we brought Kiba here, he was treated like they had known him all his life. They said they will take care of him and would give me a call later. After picking him up, I asked the groomer about of they had any problems with him. They said not really only thing he doesn’t like is the commercial hair dryer.
Boom that was the problem. After they knew he didn’t like it, they simply didn’t do it and no problems since then.
I want to thank them for taking care of Kiba and giving me peace of mind. This is the only place I take him now. So if you had problems in the past or will just like to try a place that will take care of your kids (pets), well give them a try and never look back.
Prices are fair, place looks good and they do a great job. Oh and if you come on Tuesdays free nail trimming.

Billies did an excellent job on giving my Australian shepherd a summer cut. I was hesitant as it was the first time we had made this decision but my dog loved it and even jumped around in the backyard with his new short hair.
My only complaint was that they cut whiskers on one side of his face but I didn’t seem to notice any behavior changes that some places say can be observed when this is done. I think this was done accidentally as it was only done on one side.
The price is what initially drew me in but the people there were great too. The staff there was super friendly and helpful and, as would be expected, loved interacting with my dog.

We’ve been taking our mini schnauzer to Billie for almost a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. She does an excellent job with the grooming, is friendly and loves the furry babies, and her services are reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier!

It is always nerve-​racking to have to find a new groomer and I recently found myself in that situation due to my previous groomer moving. After some research, I came across BWB and loved the reviews and her info online so I decided to take a chance. I am kicking myself for not visiting sooner!
I called and my anxiety was instantly soothed about dropping off my baby with them for the day. She was so incredibly nice and got us in very quickly (before I would have to schedule at least a couple weeks out). Since my baby was pretty grown out, she offered to quote upon my arrival so it would be more accurate upon her visual review of his current state. It was very reasonable. And upon picking him up, very reasonable for an excellent job. He looks so handsome!
All the girls were so nice and took time to welcome us and make us feel at home. Thank you for not only doing such a great job and providing excellent customer service but most importantly taking care of my baby and making him look beautiful. So glad we have found our new groomers! :)

I am SOOOO glad i finally checked this place out! Outside of taking great care of my babies they were so friendly and welcoming.
They made me feel so comfortable leaving my dogs with them. I left them feeling like they were in good hands. When i picked them up; they looked and smelled great. Happy, clean puppies!

Finally– a place where I can take my fur babies where they will be treated like family– suck it, Petsmart!!!
After a rage induced rant after an employee at petsmart being downright rude and unprofessional while she didn’t realize I could hear, I’ve been looking for a new groomer. My aunt was a vet and I spent most of my childhood in her office, so I know that a dog is a dog– you shouldn’t judge one based on their breed. Billie gets it too. You can rest assured your baby will be treated like family while they are getting primped and pampered.
The store front is small, I’ve been to that shopping center multiple times and never noticed it, even though it’s right in the center. Inside is pretty simple– a fairly large waiting area with one long counter and a doggie gate. Its all open and you can see a row of cages along the right and the grooming stations on the left. They were hacking mounds of hair off of a fuzzy shitzu when I brought in Kiba.
I was greeting happily by Billie, who is pretty slender, and I was worried my mini horse of a dog would drag her around. I was wrong, Billie knows how to handle dogs. I had no hesitation leaving him to get all fresh and clean.
Whatever products she uses are fantastic, Kiba has never shined and smelled so good. She must have given him an industrial brushing too, I haven’t had to sweep mounds of hair up since I brought him home. Not to mention her prices are, for the lack of a better word, cheap! I spent half of what Petsmart was charging and got a much higher quality service.

Let me preface this review by saying I am totally biased, Billie is my daughter, she kinda got started with a stray dog she found in the middle of the road in Port Aransas, Texas. She couldn’t have animals where she lived so she brought him to me. At this point I should add that when she found him he was wet and full of stickers and nettles. She cleaned him all up before she brought him to me, she always kept him looking good and loved him to death. Yep DeeOhGee was the little brother she never had and he treated her the same way she did him, nothing but love. You can rest easy when you leave your family animal in her care. Once you go there you won’t go anywhere else.

Went in to inquire about «free nail trim Tuesday» and left with a new groomer. Everyone seems to be able to do everything there, from working the desk to blow drying a wet dog. They gave me discounts to return, made my pup Milo look brand new, and were extremely friendly all around. Plus, they support Arlington Animal Services and find ways to reward you if you save a life and rescue a furry friend!
It’s hard to find local businesses sometimes, so I will only come back to them from now on!
