This used to be my favorite ice cream place to go to in all of Texas because it reminded me of my home state, California. Baskin Robbins is supposed to be a place with gourmet ice cream choices and special blends. Since management and staff has changed they’ve been lacking tremendously. Since this place is kind of on the pricey side, I expect to get exactly what I ask for; kind of like Starbucks. This place lacks teamwork. I asked for a milkshake today, and the girl making it was obviously un experienced. She made it way too watery and it looked like milk. The other guy failed to jump in and help out. This is a Friday night and now the guy is on break, leaving the new girl left to take care of the whole place. They are unorganized and sloppy. For the last couple of visits it has went along the lines of that. A milkshake isn’t even that hard to make. If you don’t know how to make a shake, then you don’t belong at Baskin Robbins. I ended up just getting a scoop of Oreo ice cream. And the scoop was too small than any other time I got one. Overall I’m just really disappointed and I hope someone in charge reads this and improves the place.

We decided to give it a try since it had been a while and the coupon that we had was a buy one and get one. They had some pretty interesting flavors that I tried and still ended up getting my all time favorite, «Butter Pecan on a waffle cone. Years ago Baskin-Robbins was one of my most popular spots to go for ice cream but after going back I can’t say that I missed much.
