I have been a member of the Rush for over 10 months. The trainers are knowledgeable about how to use the equipments appropriately, and to have healthy eating habits to transform our body. They take time to hear us out, and very supportive. Also members of the Rush help each other to challenge ourselves to reach our goals. It is a great place to workout!!!

I’ve been a member of Rush Performance Fitness for about 4 months and it’s the most positive thing I’ve ever done for myself. When I started with a 6-week program, I wasn’t sure I could handle it. But with the support of not only the coaches but also the other members, I’ve made more progress in 4 months than in 5 years of fighting obesity. It’s so much more than a gym or a diet program. Rush truly is a family of people who want you to succeed with your goals. The coaches have been positive and encouraging not only in my workouts but also in my attitude toward my own well-being. They work with you to customize the nutritional programs and workouts. The members share their successes, challenges and ideas in a way you would never get with the strangers at a gym. The programs include all the tools — including meal plans, recipes, guidelines, even books and gear — that you need to succeed. I have NEVER felt judged in any way there. When I started training, I could hardly do the basics, but just because the coach tells you to keep trying doesn’t mean he or she doesn’t care; conversely, it’s because they believe you can. And after a few sessions, you’ll realize they’re right! Not only have I lost weight and gained strength; I’ve gained confidence as a result of their belief in me. I highly recommend Rush to anyone who is ready to make a positive impact on their life.

I went for my free consultation… it totally sucked. There were so many judgmental people. and the trainer was nuts. he had me do some exercises that were too hard for a beginner and he did not care one bit. He was talking so fast and could not wait to get me out of there. If you are a size one and work out hard, then this is the place for you, If you are beginner and need to start slow. FORGETIT. it is not the place for you. selfish ugly judgmental people. and. to top it off, i was getting a «newletter» by email every week or two days. I emailed to say politely to remove me from the list. this is the quote I received from AJ. «at the bottom of the email is unsubscribe button, I suggest you use it. «RUDE
