Had a great experience here. Had a small problem, called up and they told me to come right in, no appointment. I was in and out very quickly, great experience and value all the way around.

I saw Dr Ruth Chi for weird foot pain on the top of my left foot. First of all, the office staff was great — friendly and efficient. I got in right away (no waiting — yay!) and filled out the simple forms in the treatment room. Dr Chi came in, we chatted for a minute, then she physically examined my foot first and then ordered an x-​ray (right there at their location) — so many doctors rely on ‘data’ but don’t actually physically check you out to start with. the young lady doing the x-​ray was pleasant and informative (I told her I thought it was weird that the top of my foot hurt — she said that was very common). Dr Chi then told me that I have arthritis in my foot but what was hurting me was a bone spur. Her next step was what propelled this to an A+ rating in my book — she said, «I see by your chart that you aren’t a fan of medications. Your condition is worsened by the inflammation around the spur — take either ibuprofen or Aleve — OR YOU CAN TAKE TURMERIC» — wow!!! An allopathic doc who knows herbal treatments! I read a lot about nutrition and so I know turmeric (especially it’s active ingredient curcumerin combined with black pepper) is a more effective anti-​inflammatory with less side effects than even otc drugs like aleve or ibuprofen — but she’s the first ‘main stream doc’ i’ve met who has advised this. Totally wowed by her! Plus she’s super nice. Not crazy about being a certified old person (going to podiatrist — oy!) but since i needed to go, I know where i’ll go in the future!

Excellent Dr. Very Personable. Answered all my questions and did not rush me Will become my permanent Dr. My apt was at 5:30 and she took me early because I got there early and filled out all the paperwork

On time. Polite, cheerful, well organized staff. Dr. Chi is one of the most pleasant, attentive, and competent doctors I’ve ever seen. Choosing this office without any referral whatsoever, it was a nice surprise!

Dr. Chi is great. She is thorough and helpful. I have all kinds of foot problems but she zeroed in on the situation immediately, and gave good suggestions.
I took one star away only because the parking is a little dicey. It’s ok for now, but there could be walking that might pose a problem in winter.

I was very happy I decided to give this place a try based on the Unilocal review. Dr. Hoberman has a different sense of humor, but he was very nice AND, most importantly, he was willing to try a conservative treatment for my foot issue before resorting to surgery. I thought the office staff was friendly and it was reassuring to me that the office seemed busy even if I had to wait about 20 minutes. I find that sometimes the better doctors tend to run behind schedule. I would go back here if I had another problem with my feet.

I had a very pleasant experience at this office. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to get me in for an appointment fairly quick and I was very appreciative for that as I had injured my foot during a fall and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I saw Dr. Gary Hoberman during my visit. He’s very nice and attentive. He was able to explain my injury and come up with a cost effective treatment plan, as I have no insurance. All in all I was very pleased here and would recommend this practice as they are very professional and knowledgeable.
