Chase Bank

When I was thinking about how our review this Chase Bank I was thinking do I compare to the other Chase Bank so don’t compare to bake in general?
Singing already bank at Chase and have been to a couple other banks before that it won’t you speak for itself. I’m a fan of Chase Bank. Chase quick pay is awesome.
The service at this bank is the best that any other brands of ever been to. Always friendly always polite and quick to remember the people they come in often.
But the only thing I don’t like about Chase is the fact that they’re going to wait for my customer service and where the automatic machines. The reason they see me there as much as they do it’s because I like seeing whom give my money to. I could do automated banking from my phone but I think that one on one personal touch is always needed. This bank still does it and does it well. I’ve seen it with me and with all the other people. Plus there are not and a lot of turnover with the employees. That’s so much turnovers but you don’t see a lot of white people we were from bank to bank. Lotta people you see when you go in there been there long time and that’s always nice.

Always great customer service from the tellers, but mortgage banker Britt Iverson is even better. We were first-​time homebuyers who needed a lot of handholding and Britt told us everything we needed to know. By some magical feat he never over– or under-​explained. Was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable and returned emails in minutes even on Sunday nights! We were happy with every aspect of our experience.

A few weeks ago I went in to speak with a loan officer about a (future) mortgage. I had a million questions (we had a short sale under our belts, and wanted to use a Union benefit, among other caveats).
Sandy M. Knoppel was amazing! She knew everything I needed and more! We made a plan and are meeting again in the spring. She didn’t rush me, she smiled and laughed and I just felt like I’d been given so much personal attention.
Kudos to Sandy and to Chase for hiring such a knowledgeable and customer service minded employee!
