I called this place one day just trying to get some information and the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude. I am NOT judging this place because of their work… i am rating it on customer service. Because of the rudeness of them on the phone I decided not to bring my vehicle to these people. Try your luck and i may have caught them on a bad day. I was just simply needing a service… look on Unilocal… call them up was spoken to rudel y and that’s the end of it. I will find someone else to do my work on my vehicle.

having gone through a horror house of auto repair places in Philly and its western suburbs, i am really happy to have found Ardmore Auto Center.
honestly, this is the next best thing to having your dad fix your car in the garage of your childhood home. the guys here are great, straight shooters, know their stuff and are incredibly kind. their prices are very reasonable and they do quality work. they work quickly and are really good at calling and updating you on the status of when your car will be done.
i also get the sense that they’ve been part of the community for a really long time. the friend who recommended that i go here told me her kids went to school with the kids of the guys who own this place.
i’ve only had major work done here on my ancient car, but they offer very reasonable oil changes and basic maintenance too.
nice little waiting room (i am actually waiting here right now!) with free Wifi, very convenient to the High Speed Line.
