DO NOT CONSIGN HERE! I have had several bad experiences with this business. I should never have given them a second chance! They don’t answer their phone (at least not if they owe you $, thanks caller ID!) and they don’t reply to voice mails or e-​mail. They owe me $$ or my items I have given them to consign! Reporting to Asheville BBB @
and encouraging anyone else who Heidi owes $ to do so as well. Don’t shop here either unless you want to support a crook!

Very nice quality, high end designers, big price tag. That being said everything looks new to like new and some things still have their tags. The staff is super friendly and knows how to make you feel like you’re gorgeous and worth every penny you’re about to spend.
I like shopping here to add little patches of high quality name brand designers to my wardrobe.

It took me 5 months 8 trips & weekly phone calls to get my money & some of my clothes returned, she didn’t have a clue were the missing clothes were, because of a computer glitch. When I finally caught Heidi (the owner) there she made every excuse why I never received a check. She told me how difficult it was to work with the” Asheville Hicks” due to their lack of fashion sense, how her staff was inefficient & stole from her etc. this woman is either a thief or a really bad business woman!
