We specialize in compassionate care through all life stages of your pet. We understand the nature of the family-​pet bond, and strive to help develop that bond to its fullest. Dr. McMullan has special interests in veterinary dentistry and surgery.

History

Established in 2012.

Dr. McMullan is a 2001 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After practicing in Cincinnati, OH for 7 years, his family decided to relocated to the mountains of WNC. After spending 4 years in a practice in Black Mountain, Dr. McMullan wanted to develop a hospital that reflected his core values– «Compassionate Care for Pets and Their People». Pinnacle Animal Hospital opened March 5^th, 2012 to make that philosophy a reality.
