I guess I should have made an appointment because I’ve been waiting here over an hour. Maybe call ahead and see how long the wait is. Or go somewhere else. I had to fast and I’m starting to get light headed.

I came here to get some blood work done. I was doing an extensive panel of like 8 or 9 draws and the it was a good draw with no bruising. You can walk it but I made an appointment, because I like to be efficient with my time.
They are friendly here and very helpful.

I just went there today and i didn’t have any appointment and they only take 6min to see me and
blood. They are quick. Also the guy i have he is really nice and quick. I didn’t feel any pain.:)

I have been to this lab for blood work for months and it has always been an easy and quick experience. Today I went in and my doctor ordered at least twice as much blood to be taken. Unfortunately, I was close to passing out and Luis was absolutely great at keeping me calm and making me comfortable. Even though the experience wasn’t great today, Luis was so amazing! The wait is never too long and the employees are always friendly.

Wish there was a zero for this place. Slow even with appt is at least 30 mins wait and the people that calls you in are loud. What about privacy these days? Am older man asked for restroom and the receptionist asked if he was doing an urine test. Rude

Don’t go to this place, they tell you 45 minutes wait for walk in but we have been waiting here for over 2 hours. What a waste of a morning

This is an office with very slow, unhelpful staff. I waited ten minutes to be told that they couldn’t draw my blood because my doctor didn’t put my name on the order. OK, I understand that. But, even though my doctor is in the same building, they wouldn’t let me come back just five minutes later because they were now closed for lunch. How rude.

Considering the current issues with communicable diseases I would assume Phlebotomists wouldn’t or shouldn’t do paper work, intake information, confirm insurance information via computers and call doctors offices … Quest Diagnostics has some major issues in regards to safety and cross contamination .
I plan on contacting the Health Department and Joint Commission if diagnostic labs are covered under the above .
Phlebotomists are not receptionists nor intake people .
This place is veritable «Hot Zone».

So I had to come here to do a test that my company is paying for. They wouldn’t let me take the test because the payment didn’t go through. So I had to go into the next day.
Then I went in and gave my blood sample… they used my right arm and kept poking at it. I was crying because of how painful it was. Then he did my other arm and it was fine. BUT OMG.

Stay away from HERE! Do not use this place, even if your life depends on it. Recently (last week) I went to have blood drawn and a lady by the name CARMEN V. assisted me. I have never in my life been spoken to or treated so poorly. Carmen was rude and called me «A you» istead of my actual name. When informing her of the work I needed done her response was «oh, u want everything, go sitdown… go!». I almost walked out and would have, had the doctor not needed my work back as soon as possible. At first I thought this location was convient due to being close to my work, but I would rather drive farther away and take an extended lunch then ever return here again.

This lab used to be my fav one cuz it’s close to my house and less crowed. Until today I walked in to receive the sample kit for my kid. The gentlemen who sits on the front desk gave me bad instructions and no patient to explain to me. Totally bad attitude !!! If it’s not it’s closer to my house I would not not go to this lab. Maybe it’s too early in the morning for this guy but still you have bad attitude!!! don’t bring attitude to work, be professional!

My physician recommended that I have my blood tested at another lab. I selected this lab because it was much closer. There were a number of issues with this lab: 1) they do not treat their customers well, 2) they were inefficient, and 3) their blood drawing technique led to a painful black and blue scar on my arm. Therefore, I would not recommend this place. There are much better places to have your blood tested.

No wait, great, great, great view, and friendly staff. My doctor got the results promptly. That’s all you could ask from a lab, that’s what I got.
