Dr. Pezeshkian and the staff at Arcadia Advanced Dentistry are awesome!
Starting with a warm welcome I received from Terrie the office manager, everything went seamlessly. The doctor’s assistant was attentive and the doctor himself was genuine and caring.
This was the first time I needed to have a shot and I didn’t feel a thing! I guess doctor’s using numbing gel is a norm, but Dr. Pezeshkian did no such thing. He finished my dental treatment quickly and it was pain free. I recommend this doctor and his team to everyone!

I was looking for a dentist for my 2 year old. They had a booth at the movies in the park and we decided to give them a try. I made an appointment for both my son and my husband. Despite having 2 teeth pulled on the very first visit, my husband liked the doctor and had a good experience overall. Dr. P is very good with kids and has a great sense of humor. The entire staff is very friendly. I am now a patient as well. Plus you can’t beat the view!

Absolutely love this place. I have been going here for over 5 Years now and they always take great care of me. Staff is amazing and they do great work and don’t tell you need extra stuff done that isn’t necessary.

I admit that I am not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Prez is the place to be even if you don’t enjoy the dentist. Vinny is great! She is patient and always checks with you to ensure you are doing okay. Terri is always happy to take your call and answer any questions you may have. I also appreciate that they are flexible when scheduling appointments and often have late appointment times.

This place is awesome!
Location: Bank of America Building on the 6^th floor. Once you get out of the elevators you make a left and go all the way down to the last door on your right hand side!
Service: Dr. P’s front staff and back staff are very kind and outgoing! They will make you feel comfortable. Terry is such a sweetheart and will brighten your day! The Doctor is very gentle and considerate of hurting you. He is a jokester so be careful not to laugh too hard when those scary looking tools are in your mouth! I just had my post-​root canal appointment here and had my crown installed. It was a painless process!
Overall: I feel comfortable coming here and trust the doctor’s input and work. Check this place out for your next dentist visit!

Amazing staff and great dentist! have been here twice for the Zoom whitening and it is well worth it!

Absolutely NO One likes to go to the dentist, but if one must go Dr Pez is the place to go. The staff is extremely friendly and if you are a pain «chicken» Dr P is very gentle and has a well experienced hand. My son refers to him as a Rock Star (and my son is as big a dental chicken as they come!) You will not be bombarded with any upsell or anything you don’t want as in many offices… just very nice people, a beautiful office and professional dental services +++++ 5 stars all the way! Did I mention they work with you if you don’t have insurance?

Here is why they have one star:
I had been here MANY times, spent a ton of money direct in cash, not even involving insurance. I planned to spend much more (I got TMJ treatments here)
They pushed me to get invisalign a lot while I was there (many of you can feel me here, if you have bad teeth, they tell you you should get invisalign and it will help the overall health of your mouth and reduce cavities in general)
I decided to go for it, since they kept telling me it was a refundable deposit: They would take pics, show me how the teeth would look, if I didnt like it, they would refund my money.
Well, I paid the deposit and went in to look at the teeth. The «final» they showed looked like Sarah Jessica Parker horse style.
Luckily I recorded everything. Every call, every message, everything. I had it all on tape. Because what ensued when I attempted to cancel was a 6 month long agonizing back and forth. First they tried to pressure me to keep the treatment, I continued to say «no» via phone over and over. I then went to my credit card company to attempt to remove the charge THAT way, but I was using USAA who were terrible.
I finally had to serve them WRITTEN NOTICE that they should refund me. I was devestated since I loved this doctor, I loved my fillings, and I loved the TMJ treatments they gave me. How could he treat me like that?!
When I served him with the 30 days to refund me, he claimed it was non refundable, so many things, that were obviously lies. He threatened me with courts, etc. He attempted to scare me out of the court I proposed if the money was not returned. I did not falter. I contacted invisalign DIRECTLY. They let me know ALL of their treatments are FULLY REFUNDABLE if the doctor sends back the plastic molds for your teeth without having been used.
Furthermore they informed me the doctor «OKAYED» the invisalign pictures MONTHS after I’d been in battle with them to get my money back. MONTHS after I’d cancelled. I had VOICEMAILS saying I would get a refund from months before he approved the teeth with invisalign.
HOW SHADY IS THAT MY FRIENDS? So although my intiial treatments went wonderfully, I was treated like scum, lied to and attempted to withold a large amount of money I was promised would be refundable when I elected not to look like a beaver.
So my suggestion is to not go there. :)

I have visited Dr Pezeshkian’s office in glendale and arcadia and found both of them great. He is an excellent, professional, knowledgeable dentist. Pulling teeth or getting a filling was painless and routine

My friend recommended me to Dr. Pezeshkian about a year ago because I had a few fillings. In the past I haven’t had the best experience with dentist, but the doctor and the staff put me at ease, and the whole process was smooth and painless.
Since then, Ive gone back for things like cleanings in both Glendale and Arcadia and they have always been able to get me an appointment that fits my schedule and are willing to work out payment plans for me. I can tell that they genuinely care about their patients and want to make sure that everyone is taken care of.
Best part, they have coffee and cookies — awesome!
So far I have recommended a few people myself and they have all had great remarks about the office.

I had to take my son in for kindergarten registration. Everyone was great and put him at ease. The cleaning, x-​rays and check up went without any crying! Hurray, thanks!
