A Certified Advanced Green Building Professional through Build It Green and the recipient of the 19^th City of Santa Cruz’ Green Building Award in 2009, we have years of experience in creating homes built with attention to environmental awareness. We view green building as more than a trend. Our crew members are individually Build It Green certified, infusing the company with an awareness of effective best building practices.

Meet the Business Owner

Pete T.

Business Owner

Pete has been in the construction industry his entire working career. Starting at entry level, he has direct experience with every aspect of building. Knowing that being a contractor is more than swinging a hammer, Pete graduated from San Jose State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He continued working while in college, immediately applying what he learned. An astute business leader, he believes that doing right by his employees translates to providing the best possible results for his customers. When not building beautiful homes, you’ll find Pete spending time on the water with his wife and two children.
