Blake carpenter was recommended by a contractor. He not only structurally engineered and designed my retaining wall and 650 sq ft. deck, he also drew up the plans and dealt with the city for me to secure permits. By using him to perform two jobs I saved money and valuable time. His design passed inspections and is just what I wanted. He listens to his clients. I highly recommend him and his fellow engineer wife. My grandchildren will be enjoying this deck with their children long after I’m gone.
