The Precision Wellness Center offers something different than the average gym– A place to achieve any fitness goal. The PWC is a state-of-the-art fitness and physical therapy facility located in Aptos, CA. The PWC offers small group fitness programs and classes designed by doctors of physical therapy, personal training programs, massage therapy, mechanics classes, and movement workshops. We have doctors of physical therapy on site 5 days a week, as well as a doctor of sports medicine and sports performance specialists.
The Precision Wellness Center has a program for everyone at every level of fitness. We believe that to be fit and stay fit, you have to move well first. All Precision programs emphasize building movement that is more optimal, skillful, and resilient to the demands of daily life. These programs will help correct movement patterns from head to toe, and develop the muscle strength necessary to prevent injury and increase your fitness level.
Our facility is a state-of-the-art gym and training center with ocean vista views located on the Aptos campus of Cabrillo College. To find us: Turn on to Perimeter road to Cabrillo College’s upper campus (across Soquel Drive from the Farm Bakery Café). Park in parking structure P.

Precision Physical Therapy is proud to be teaming up with Cabrillo Community College to offer the Precision Wellness Center. Located on the Cabrillo College campus, this 11,000 square foot facility is the premier fitness, sports performance and rehabilitation clinic in the county. We offer student and faculty gym memberships year round.

Dr. Vegher DPT, NCS After graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy, Dr. Vegher was recruited to a supervisory role at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, California where he again worked with stroke and other neurologic condidtions. During his time at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Vegher received advanced training in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and the Maitland approach to orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Christensen DPT, CSCS attended graduate school at Western University of Health Sciences where he received a Masters in Physical Therapy, and later returned to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2007. During the didactic years of graduate school, he was a National Dean’s List Award Recipient. Clinical orthopedic residencies included sports medicine hours with the Jacksonville Jaguars and spring training hours with the Giants organization.Dr. Christensen has presented seminars for the NSCA
