I am not surprised to find only five stars reviews here (except for the one from Texas?).
Joe’s team was exceptionally polite, organized and efficient. They didn’t even wince when I showed them the hard water spots on our shower window, which, they managed to really clean up! I am so happy with the job and just walk around my beautiful, sunlit house smiling :).
We will use them again and again. Thank you so very much!

This guy is a creep brought a bunch of strange guys to my house none spoke English. Broke my screens and made my daughter feel very uncomfortable… Be aware and don’t leave them alone in your home.

After reading the Unilocal reviews decided to try Joe’s Window Cleaning to have our windows done after all the remodeling had been finished. Sent an email for an estimate, Joe answered quickly with a suggested time to come by. He showed up on time, gave me an estimate on the spot and when I accepted just happened to have had a cancellation the same day and sent his crew out that afternoon. The three workers were on time, efficient, courteous, and had my windows sparkling in no time. The price was right, the job was done well, you can’t ask for anything more. Will definitely have them come out once a year to keep our windows clean!

Joe cleaned our office windows. I can’t believe how great they look. I’ve had them cleaned twice before by another company and were left with mineral spots and haze. Joe got all the water staines and haze. They look amazing. Wish there were 10 stars Thank you!

We sent an email inquiry to this company, and the owner came out that afternoon to give us a reasonable estimate — which included a 10% senior citizen discount. Joe’s crew of three window washers arrived on time on the scheduled date. They were friendly, professional and fast. They did an excellent job on our windows, and we were glad we had them done before a big party. We’ll certainly hire Joe’s Window Cleaning again, and will highly recommend it to our friends.

I found Joe’s Window Cleaning on Unilocal.His 5 start rating is TRUE, real! Joe came out to do my difficult upper story outside and my roof level windows. Joe returned all my calls asap, came out personally to asses the situation, and then sent the out best to clean my windows!!!

I have a single-​story home with 10 nine-​foot windows in the front room, plus three sliding glass doors and several casement windows. When Joe came out to give an estimate, he made clear that the windows would be cleaned, and that the frames and sills would be wiped off, too. Joe was pleasant and responsive, and his price seemed more than fair for both interior and exterior cleaning (he had previously quoted me an estimate via e-​mail, but actually gave a lower number when he came and saw it in person – very honest as I would have paid the original bid).
Three men were on the crew that Joe sent. They got the windows sparkling clean in only an hour, but it was the attention to detail that really makes them 5-​star. They dusted all of the screens, took the time to wash some small windows in my front door, and they put booties on over their shoes to protect my hardwood floor when they were inside. It was clear that Joe ensures his crews respect people’s homes, and do a thorough job. I will definitely call Joe’s Window Cleaning to take care of my windows in the future.
Side note… I had previously used another local window cleaning company and was less than pleased. I had to run around wiping up puddles of dirty water on all of the sills, and the window frames were left dirty (i.e., the glass was clean, but the frame was still dirty). I am grateful to have found Joe’s Window Cleaning, so I know I can get excellent work in the future.

I have a 3 level house with gigantic, high windows that are Impossible to clean myself. Joe’s team is out-​freaking standing. They are kind, responsive, professional and offer super service. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which they worked. The pricing is was incredibly reasonable, too. I will rely on Joe’s moving forward and would recommend them in a heartbeat for any exterior service job.

Joe’s Windows Cleaning is the best service I have received in the Santa Cruz area. Called Joe for an estimate, he was out at my home the very next morning at the exact time he said he would be there. His proposal was the best I received from 5 other companies so we agreed he would do the job. His crew was out at my home that afternoon and they blew me away with their professionalism, cordiality, speed, thoroughness, and exceptional work! I have many windows on a two story home and each and every window was spectacular, clear, and bright… inside and out! Hire Joe’s service, you will NOT be disappointed in any way.

I just had my gutters cleaned by this great business, not only was the crew on time they were also polite and very professional. They left the area clean and completed the job at the time promised. Joe did an excellent job powerwashing a deck and a patio — they looked like new! He showed up when he said he was going to, did the work, did it well, and was easy to hire. I’ll definitely call him again when I need this kind of cleaning work done.

We moved into a house with lots of windows and sliding glass doors that required a lot of fixing and updating. Before we moved into house, we noticed all the double paned windows were smudgy and had a film of dirt or grime on them. After some construction, the windows only got worse. We attempted to clean some of them with Windex, white vinegar and a number of different solutions we found. They looked better but definitely not great, so we decided to bring in Joe’s team to clean all the windows, inside and out. He was extremely responsive to our inquiry (within minutes!) and set up a time to come out. As the day approached and rain was in the forecast, he followed up to see whether we wanted to reschedule for a dry day, which we did.
Bottom line, we were BLOWN away! The windows look spectacular! They sparkle and it truly appears as though there is no glass in any of the windows and doors. People who have visited since the cleaning have remarked about the windows without prompting. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the windows and sliding glass doors, but they climbed on the roof to clean the skylights, and cleaned a skylight in a structure we have outside. The cost was extremely reasonable. They are reliable, efficient, and thorough. Their level of quality is unparalleled. We have since decided to enter into a service agreement for quarterly window cleaning. Joe is very flexible and a delight to deal with. I wish they provided other services like plumbing, electrical, construction, manicures… I’d use this company for everything!

Oh my goodness! I have never had such beautiful, clean, windows ever. Joe’s has made a «regular» out of me. The price was SO reasonable and the look beyond anything I could ever acheive myself. You have to treat yourself to this.

Joe cleaned my gutters at two houses. Great job, no mess, and he tests the water flow into your drains. I should have used him for all the windows as well, as the house cleaners did a bad job.
He has cleaned the windows/​gutters in my Mom’s house and my sister’s house before and it was a perfect job. He even washes the screens and cleans the entire window sill/​frame, inside and out according to my Mother/​Sister and my own observation.
