3d simulations are used for planning department submittals, fundraising, real estate sales as well as a communication tool between architect/​designer and their client.

We also provide photography services for architects and realtors.

Established in 2001.

Located in Aptos, California, Animatehouse began providing 3d visualization services in the Santa Cruz area in 2001 and now serves clients throughout the west coast.

Alan H.

Business Owner

After studying sculpture at the University of California Santa Cruz, Alan began his 3d digital career using 3ds max in the gaming industry.

In 1998 he created his first architectural rendering and has since been providing visualization services at Animatehouse.
