Description

History

Established in 1992.

I started working for myself in 1992 after six years with Spa Fitness Center in Capitola. I started working for them as an instructor in 1977, I left in 1981 to complete my M.A. in Biology. In 1989, I became Spa Fitness Center’s training director, working for another three years before I left to start my own business in 1992.
