A-1 Auto Transport

I did not know a thing about getting my vehicle transported, A1 Auto Transport gave me the cheapest quote for doing that. A1 Auto Transport’s employees were so helpful to me right from helping me with small things to ensuring I knew where the delivery terminal was. They were prompt with their communications and I was emailed and called every time they needed any data. I saved $ 50 by dropping my vehicle at their terminal. Perfect service.

I thought I should just drop this to show my high level of gratitude to the services of A1 Auto Transport, despite the fact that automobile companies have been plagued with dishonesty and mediocre services, you guys still maintain your integrity.
I cannot but appreciate how you took care of my car. I will definitely bring more cars to you in the future.

I was very pleased with the delivery of our new car, the car was promised to be delivered on the day the delivery came. I was so pleased because I never believed the car would be delivered at the said day, A1 Auto Transport are just the best, promising, spotless delivery and easy to work with. They made my trust in them increase,

ABSOLUTE WORST! I called them for a quote and the guy who answered began to tell me that I needed to «understand a few things».
I politely said ok, then have a nice day and I hung up. When he called back I let him know I was not interested in dealing with someone with a bad attitude. He then called back AGAIN to ask me if I «kissed my mother with that mouth?» I could not believe how unprofessional they were!

Called this company and ended up talking with Ship Your Car Now, so this is just a shell company to get your business because if you read reviews for Ship Your Car Now you would pass! They started with good price to get you to sign contract but soon try to up it 70%. They also refused to ship one of my cars but still required the full amount. Then on delivery one vehicle was damaged and the driver refused to take responsibility. All round bad first experience with shipping vehicles.

First to Review! I love that honor. What a pleasure to work with such an efficient and knowledgeable company. I wanted to purchase a vehicle that happened to be a couple states away, solely because it was such an amazing deal. Little did I know that sometimes the cost to move a vehicle can completely negate the savings one might otherwise be privy to… Enter A-​1 Auto Transport!
I did my research, and compiled a list of transport quotes, but A-​1 stuck out above the rest, not only because there were affordable, but also because they offered the best customer service! I really had a good feeling from my initial point of contact, and although I chose not to book with them immediately (I’m very stubborn like that), I did end up calling back later that day to seal the deal.
We were able to come up with a reasonable time period for pick-​up that worked for the seller (I think it was 3 – 5 days), and the driver gave a 24 hour notice prior to pick-​up, so that we could be sure he would be there waiting! The best part was that my NEW (well, technically, used) car arrived WAY ahead of schedule. I was expecting at least a week of transport time, when in reality, I got it in 3 days, whoohoo!
As long as my new car does right by me, it will probably be a long while before I need a transport service again, but when I do, I know the first company I will be contacting, without a doubt– A1 Auto Transport!!!
