Eextremely loud hotel, the staff was not very helpful. Stay away if you want to sleep at night. Outdated and smelly.

Candlewood Hotels are real hit or miss. This one is a miss! The rooms are old & smell. The hallway smells. The staff is lazy. They screwed up my billing & are incapable of following simple instructions. In two days they charged over $ 1900 for an $ 800 bill. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Got stuck in Appleton for another evening! This hotel claims that it is the closest to the airport, but many are about the same distance. I’ve never stayed at a Candlewood before so wanted to check it out. My first room smelled like food but was layered with air refreshner and the hallways smelled like a sickly-​sweet industrial air refreshner.
